Had a wonderful stay at the Mariner Inn for two nights prior to chartering a boat from The Moorings and one night following the trip. True, the rooms are a little dated, simple but they were clean and the best part was the brand new shower/bathhouse that is now open to all guests. We just took our showers there instead... more

My crew stayed at the Mariner Inn prior to our week long charter in March. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and well prepared. No real complaints. The property upgrades look fantastic! This is the place to stay if you are: 1. Chartering a boat, 2. A sailor in general (and you like to hang with... more

Booked through Moorings to stay the night before picking up our charter. Staff very friendly and the pool great for that required cool down, thats the plus points. For $160 a night, you can do far better in my opinion. Hotel and Rooms havent had a refurbish since the 70's, room was dirty, water pressure very low (shower a drip),... more

Stayed here before and after a charter. Convenient for sure. Rooms both times were good size but had something wrong - AC not working, no coffee pot, sheets had sand in them that was not ours. Pool was good size and necessary while waiting for boat, especially with kids. The food we had at the bar was great as were... more

We stayed here the night before our charter, and it was very convenient, but... We had leaking water from the bathroom into the bedroom; Very poor water pressure; Not the cleanest place I've ever stayed; Couldn't get towels for the pool; The restaurant was TERRIBLE and very OVER PRICED; I really mean TERRIBLE. I was very embarrassed since we had... more

I wouldn't stay in this Hotel unless I was Chartering a Moorings boat. It is more like a Motel/Inn then a Hotel. The rooms were good size, the king beds are two doubles pushed together. The room didn't come with a remote for the TV or the AC (couldn't change the temperature). The seals around the doors are bad and... more

We stayed at this hotel about five years ago when we last chartered and we were surprised on this trip to see the huge improvements made to the rooms and the entire property. Even the colour of the building changed, the garden much improved etc. We noticed the new restaurant facility. The food there was good and the staff seemed... more

We stayed at the Moorings Mariner Inn before and after a yacht charter. First, we were given a room that didn't have a key, 30 minutes later a key was found. Then, we were given a taxi to a restaurant that refused to drive us once we left the hotel property and dumped us on a curb to find a... more

Just returned from the Moorings Mariner Inn - Stayed 1 night before Moorings Chartered sailing trip & 1 night when we returned. Found the place and staff very nice & hospitable. The room was a charming surprise with little kitchenette & overlooking the Moorings Fleet w/coconut trees right next to patio/balcony. What a surprise to get the turn down service... more

We had a good time staying at this hotel. The service and quality of food in the restaurant was very good and the rooms were much improved compared to what we experienced on our last vacation there about six years ago. We highly recommend this hotel to sailors and land lovers alike more
