Stopped for lunch here on a day trip to the BVIs. The roti and conch fritters were excellent and the drink menu had a good selection. Plus the view was quite beautiful.

Surrounded by aqua blue waters, Cooper Island is a gem of the Caribbean. The Cooper Island Beach Club is the only resort on this small island. But don't let their size fool you.
