This hotel was really quite lovely. The property and the rooms were beautiful and it is a short walk to restaurant row. I was a little disappointed in the service. We can't say enough about this hotel. We have stayed many times over the years. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. We're in a deluxe loft. With two levels, a full function kitchen and a beautiful view from our balcony we feel like we live in Grand Case! A major contribution toward that feeling is the hotel staff.... More
