We had a lovely stay at Le Flamboyant. Our studio was right on the beach and we had amazing views to wake up to ! Found all staff very nice and helpful. Lack of food options were disappointing. Pool is nice ! Look forward to visiting Le Flamboyant again !

Loved this beautiful location. We were in a studio located right by the pool. We found the place quiet and pleasant. I loved the atmosphere of the grounds. Our studio had just been updated and we found it very attractive. Most units do not have ovens except for the microwave. Since we stayed for 6 weeks that was a problem... More

Stayed there for two weeks. When you arrive there is no front desk you go to the office at the side of building. After a quick check you have your room keys(fyi has your room number on back which I removed because if you ever loose it they can get into your room easily)there are no elevators so be prepared... This is a ghetto apartment building because they can't survive as a hotel. Terrible internet! Three stories of noise, all crammed in like apartments. They don't clean the rooms, only once every three days. The curtains had about 60 holes from being eaten by bugs. The photos are all lies and photoshopped. The food is GOOD! Service is decent. Location... More

Located a good distance from crowded tourist attractions. The lagoon was beautiful with many boats. The bar on site had great and very reasonably priced drinks. Watersports on site. I booked on airbnb, the apartment was spacious, modest and clean. Rented a car (from right across the street) for one day during our stay and drove out to Maho and... More

On the French side of the island, so it helps if you speak French. Hotel is 80's style, large room, big wooden furniture. Our king sized bed had a big rut/dip in it that kept us apart. Good things were: 2 large clean pools, on lagoon with calm water, large bathrm with deep tub, food at restaurant was tasty, Price! Bad... More

-as previously written, not a typical hotel, some units are privately owned -perfect for the adventurers who are looking to be cost-effective -room is large, clean, and great value for your money -bed is definitely not luxurious but doable -large washroom, also very clean...low water pressure and even though it advertises there's a hairdryer, trust me, BYO! -quiet, great local... Not a very fancy hotel but very clean, basic and especially good for families. Rooms are very large and the hotel is directly on the amazing beach of San Martin. The water is clear and pools of fish will swim by...so beautiful. The hotel is nothing special but it is a nice base for a your vacation or business trip... More

Stayed at Le Flamboyant for one night before catching a flight. There is no reception desk but rather a room behind a frosted glass door where you check in...very odd. The room was basic but very large and had an outdoor kitchen. The hotel is not on the sea side but overlooks the lagoon. It had a nice beach and... More

On my first trip to St. Martin, I stayed at the Le Flamboyant Hotel in Nettle Bay courtesy of Salome L. The efficiency unit was ground floor and comfortable. It was clean with basic modern appliances and a/c. The owner, Salome L., was very gracious in accommodating every need that was requested. The resort itself is not very fancy nor... More
