We stayed at Carl's for a week. It was not the best place we ever stayed at, but it was good enough. Free fresh breakfast, from the bakery downstairs. Rooms were outdated, but kept clean. How much time do you spend in your room anyway. We are planning on returning to Carl's for a month in early 2009. more

This place is a dump do not stay here. It is located in a bad part of town. There are drunks walking around with their liquor bottles. I had feces on my shower curtain and the walls are very thin, you can hear everything next door. Please do not stay here. I plan on leaving here asap. This place is located no where near the beach. It is in the industrial district of the island. Tourist beware more
