We spent two wonderful weeks at Pelican. We checked in on Saturday night. Everything went smoothly. As we are timeshare owners of 2 weeks our rooms were beautiful. This was our first time for using our second timeshare. We rented a car and everything went well. There is a great grocery store called the Peli Deli. The prices are good... more

I did not understand how some people complained about this resort. Our room was right on th beach with a balcony overlooking the water (I would request this if I were you) and another balcony in the back bedroom. The beds were soft and king size. Everything worked from electricity to the plumbing. There is a grocery store onsite called... more

My husband and I went to St, Martin for some alone time, we rented a car and travelled everyday to one beach or another. The beach at the resort was great , staff was overly helpful couldn't do enough for us. We were in B207 ground floor downfall was my view was the wall of the pool. Lots of steep... more

We checked in around 3 on Sunday, and our unit was ready and waiting. All of the resort staff that we encountered were exceptionally friendly and outgoing. The rooms are not the most modern, yet I did not mind because everything was very clean! We were in B362, a one bedroom unit that was very large with plenty of closet... more

My wife and I just returned from Pelican Resort. After reading many of the reviews we were pleasantly surprised at the good time we had. First of all the check in was a breeze. We got there around 4pm and had no waiting at all. The staff was kind and friendly. Our room was at the top of the hill... more

Pelican Resort is the worst resort I've ever stayed in (we exchanged it through Interval). They probably gave us the worst unit possible even though the resort was less than 50% occupied. The room smell of Lysol, furniture is old and unit/resort looks so 'tired', some public restroom near the pool are smelly and sometime dirty. They are building some... more

We stayed at the Pelican and I have mixed feelings about the place. First of all, the check-in process was a bit much. But, I did the "pre-registration" on their website and we were expedited through. They did have excellent Rum Punch waiting for us while we were waiting to check in. The guys that took us up the hill... more

The Pelican had a lot to offer, and we really had no need to go off resort to find things to do. We vacationed there with my inlaws, both in their late 70s. The layout of the resort is VERY steep, the sidewalks and streets have uneven terrain. The hike back to our room from the beach, restaurants, etc. was... more

The resort is on a beautiful piece of land and the views from the pool, beach and 2 buildings are excellent. The other folks vacationaing there were very friendly as well. Those parts get a 5. The room is nice and comfortable- I give it a 4 and was in building D, right on the bay on the 4th floor.... more

Had poolside unit B168 and it was very clean and just perfect for my families needs. There are new and more modern resorts to stay at but it had every comfort of home. The staff was as nice as they can be and everything about the resort was A+. You can not ask much more while on vacation. Enjoyed it... more
