Went June 20th-28th....Had a great time with family.. Do the Garfeild cruise boat. and the highlight of the trip is going to the island of Saba. the resort has alot of mishaps but once you open the curtians to the Caribbean Ocean, who cares if it is not 5 stars. You have the true Caribbean feel to the resot. more

We stayed at Belair from Apr 25-Apr 30, 2009 for our honeymoon. The rooms are probably a little older than some other resorts, but they are clean and well kept. Every room has a private balcony that has a fantastic view of the ocean. A convienence store, car rental, and activites director for whatever you want to do on the... more

This is not a Palace Resort vacation, but it is just as good in a different way. Rooms are very clean and the amenities are perfect for chilling out, coffee on the porch watching the ships cruise the sea, snorkeling / diving, shopping and dining. Great restaurant with good enough service. Nothing comes out and grabs you like like at... more

We had originally chosen the Divi Little Bay Resort through RCI, but 2 weeks before traveling we were switched to the Belair because Hurricane Omar damaged the Divi pretty bad. We were not excited when we saw a few pictures on the web, and disappointed when we entered the hotel, since it is really outdated and the building, from the... more

We booked through RCI to stay at the Belair after our original choice had been trashed by the hurricane Omar. The Belair was also still recovering from the storms so the pool was closed, but who needs a pool with a fabulous beach right on your doorstep?? The rooms and decor are tired, the second bedroom was really, really small... more

My husband and I stayed at the Belair Beach hotel with my sister and her husband a little more than a week after a pretty horrible hurricane passed over the island. Although there was some storm damage, the pool was closed and it looked as if it had been for some time. This was not our only problem. The entire... more

We had a great vacation at the Belair. The view itself is worth a 5 star plus. This is not a luxurious hotel but very clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a security guard on duty 24/7 so it's very safe. All rooms are facing the ocean with a 24 foot balcony and the view was breath... more

We stayed at the Belair Beach Hotel in Little Bay, Sint Maarten and would definitely go back. It's family, couples and seniors friendly. We booked timeshare through RCI for 2 weeks. Having read previous reviews I expected less than grand, but had a fabulous 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. Our unit was spotless. Friendly staff. No gold taps... more

Taking into account the previous reviews, we knew what to expect and what not to expect during our one week stay. The Belair is a very nice resort situated in Little Bay which is a perfect picture book of what you would expect from a carribean island. We arrived at the Belair at approximately 12:30 and our room was not... more
