It was horrible. Nasty stains everywhere! Looks liked it has never been cleaned. Stains in the sheets, on the bed, showercurtain, pillows, broken chairs, etc. The pool has no water in it. A lot of noise because locals rent one room for an entire family. Wifi doesn't work most of the time. Children running. No service at all! Cleaning lady... More

This place wanted 60 dollars-told them 50 they accepted-then there was no hot water, showers barely flowed, windows stuck open in bath room. Pool was a dark green lagoon-Checked out and paid the 40 dollars--bad location, nasty bed with no top sheet--tv had 4 channels-spanish spanish english and a porn channel with no remote. Would not recommend at all

I liked it but I knew what I wanted and was getting however it's not for families or couples looking for a place near a beach or in a resort type setting. If your a single guy/guys or couple of girls partying around the island it's perfect because it's cheap & centrally located. It's in a seedy neighboorhood and the pool... More

I laughed when I read the review titled "What a Dump" because it is dead on. I Stayed at the Sea Breeze on a layover in St. Martin, this is totally a locals place. I was the only 'tourist' there from what I could tell. Warning the first two reviews on Trip adviser for New Sea breeze are clearly referring... More

The website pics are very deciving. I know I paid 65 usd per night.... so I was not expecting lavish accomodations... but even for 65 a night a hostel would have been a better choice. Disgusting would be an appropriate word to describe this place. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood this hotel was in. This hotel looked... More

Having never been to the Caribbean before as we had always favoured the US we didn't know what to expect. Being used to Multi-Chain hotels we were unsure what the hotel was going to be like. Well, the first word to sum the hotel up is Fantastic! The rooms are what I call modest but they were clean and tidy.... More
