okay so the landing was a little scary but other then that everything about this hotel was amazing . The only thing is when we first arrived they tried to give us a room with 2 seperate beds .. lol .. ummm that didnt last very long, we complained and they ended up giving us a fantastic suite for free... more

We did the all-inclusive option which was a great deal. We struggled a little with the dinner buffet but they give you voucher for the local restaurants which worked out great. Nice pool, swim-up bar, good music, clean rooms, good air conditioning, free wireless internet in the lobby. The activities desk was very helpful, too! We had a great time! more

We had a lovely time in St.Maarten. We had no complaints for the resort. The staff at the Sonesta was extremely helpful at all levels from the front desk to the wating staff and supervisors. Travelling with a young child can be challenging at times but, Sharon and Fevry made it so much easier. They were always there to help... more

We went with Air Transat Holidays. Only downside don't pay them for an upgraded room, it is cheaper to pay the hotel when you get there to upgrade. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and check was really fast. The planes taking off and landing were no big deal. The beach while small was nice, but watch the current.... more
