In March 2007 we stayed at BellePlaine Hills B&B, Belle Plaine, Soufriere, Saint Lucia. Recommended by friends from Belgium who stayed at the place before their new room, we decided to try it out. What a place, tranquility, peacefull, wonderfull hosts who welcome you from the first to the last second, who realy would go back and forth to the moon to accomodate, advise, help out, simply make your stay the best experience you can imagine. Their breakfasts were varied, alot of choice, I loved the fresh freerange chickeneggs every morning. They cooked a few meals in the evening that we had to order in the morning, and although not a restaurant, they surely put their heart, minds and soul into their homemade organic food. The homemade cottagecheese, homemade wine that was freely shared, the most lovely rabbits and freerange chicken around, Milly and Molly the goat and cheep, the birds around, what a countryside hideway.
