If you are looking for a small guest house in the north of St Lucia, Bay we can recommend this new place which is owned by an exceptionally hospitable and charming couple (Joan & Tony). The guest house is small, clean, very friendly and provides a great breakfast on request. Various grade of room, ours was simple with small en-suite bathroom. Good sized communal terraces on 2nd and top floors. Use of kitchen/fridge.
A street away from the famous Friday night 'Jump-up' party. Great local street food, local 'characters' and dancing (If you are not participating in this local weekly event don't stay here on Friday as it will be noisy!).
Walking distance to Pigeon Island (there is an interesting restaurant amidst the ruins of Fort Rodney serving Western type food and breakfasts), 15 min walk to the Marina offering good food choices & a short bus ride to Rodney Bay if you yearn for tourist facilities, shops, nightlife etc.
