Overall I cannot believe this hotel is rated 4*. The accomodation is very poor. We went along with 2 children and feel that we were duped by the brochure. we paid approximately £8000, and this was definitely way too much. We stayed at Smugglers Cove for 10 days at the end of September and had a fantastic time. We'd read the recent reviews on the hotel and were sceptical but decided to see for ourselves. The hotel wasnt full and there were plenty of sunbeds and 4 pools to choose from as well as the beach. The food was great... more

where do i start, at the time i went there was construction going on, staff were nice. but i had a number of problems with the construction the pool not working no water in the shower and so on things were just not ready to accomodate guest. in the future i think they should give some thought before accepting guests... more
