Cleanliness:
The kitchenette was crawling with ants, the bed was teeming with bedbugs, the villa was swarming with mosquitoes (bug spray and mosquito netting did NOT work A BIT!) and there were scavenging animals roaming the grounds at all hours (one of which being a cat with its face freshly chewed off... I've never been more horrified).

This guest incorrectly chose a villa for privacy in 3 acres of gardens/vegetation with minimal services,and were expected to provision for themselves.
Unfortunately they expected full hotel services.
They expressed disappointment on arrival so we offered a full refund to facilitate a change to a hotel,but when they refused,we fully expected maximum complaints.

Seascape is wonderful and relaxing,very stress-free. The atmosphere and surrounding area with beautiful scenery and gardens are breathtaking and lovely. Fantastic views and to top it off,Mr Wilkinson is a gereat host.Thank you and keep it up.

We loved Seascape with its lovely gardens,great views & Caribbean character. We felt more like house guests than tourists thanks to Barrie . Wish we could stay longer.
After hours spent looking out at the Caribbean,days lounging on the Private beach and poolside,we are more relaxed than I can ever recall being. What a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend "Buddies" Scuba school and a walk through the Rodney Bay Marina.
My English is terrible- but Seascape is a wonderful place that is not done justice in the travel brochure.
This is a beautiful place for a honeymoon - very private-loved the mosquito net,not many mosquitoes. Hate to leave but we are travelling next to meet my husband's relatives who are living in Martinique. We would like to return with a group sometime. Thank you for everything Barry and Marie.
