We stayed ther for Xmas/New year ,the hotel was overbooked the staff were not helpfull ,the hotel managment were incapable of doing their jobs. There was a nightclub across the road which kept us awake untill 4-5 o'clock and despite complaints to the managment we were told that nothing could be done !! The food was not up to standard... more

We stayed here last November and would definitely go back. The location is fantastic for the beach and a bit of nightlife/restaurants etc. The all inclusive is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially in the Papillon restaurant and the pool bar-tenders. The food/drink is copious and lovely, Mariners is a nice spot to eat. The Papillon bbq... more

My partner and i recently spent a week at this hotel to celebrate my 21st birthday and loved it. I read reviews before traveling and was really dissapointed as there were some really bad ones, but upon arriving we were pleasantly suprised. The hotel is lovely and the staff always friendly, the food was okay but not the best. The... more

Hi, I am not going to say anything other than we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we were then when they had the earthquake in Martinique - 7.3!! our earthquake has just reminded me. Some points that I had asked before hand. 1. You CAN smoke outside and on your balcony. 2. Although we had a t.v., we... more

If it wasn't for the St.Lucian next door to the Papillon,my rating wouldn't be this high. Although Reduit Beach is beautiful. The staff at both the Papillon and St.Lucian were polite and alway's seem to have a smile. My toilet had a bit of a problem flushing from time to time. It's an ok "hotel" but next time I think I... more

After reading some reviews about the rex hotels we were a bit anxious about staying there. However it lived up to its 3 star rating. Admittedly the rooms could do with a refurbish but they were clean, the aircon worked, and mostly had good views. Food was a bit samey but quite good and would definitely recommend the Mariners restaurant... more

We have been holidaying in the Carribean for the last 11 years and this was our first time in St Lucia. We found the hotel pretty run down and seemed to be the poor relation to the sister hotels which are connected. The food was poor, the dining room was hidden away and was dreary. Can't remember any of the... more

All you can eat (with all inclusive packages) anytime you want it!!!! Hotel borders an amazing beach. Car hire if required. Although my tip would to be take CHARLOs Cab (hotel taxi driver). We booked this hotel and resort through our local holiday hypermarket and travelled with Thomas Cook. The idea was to have our daughters wedding on the island and in doing so it would enable us to invite our close family and friends along to witness the wedding and also have a sun soaked holiday in paradise. The location and the... more
