We had a great time with friends at Sandals Halcyon, St Lucia, from an unimpressive start at checkin which was to be fair disasterous (huge confusion apparently from a computer crash) things certainly improved but it did out a downer to what should have been a really special start to your holiday. We were looking for a low key, relaxing place and this resort hit the spot. The beach was beautiful, we stayed in lovely bungalow right on the ocean.
