I have been going to the Manapany Hotel for the past 12 years, but everytime it looks like the first time for me. The bay, the wind, the beauty of the nature is a constant charecteristic of this magnificent hotel. The kindness and the availibility of the management in a family style, let me feel like at home. I will... more

We stay at the Manapany for a short 8 days... It was a amazing trip! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is magnificient and the view of the sea at night was paradise. Definitely a place to stay if you want to unwind and relax. Great swimming pool area to tan and read. more

Seeing recent review I'd like to write a bit about htis hotel and my multiple staying. St.barth is divided in intimate hotels and show off hotels. So if you are looking for servants more than service do not go at the Manapany ... better at the Hilton in Miami Beach. That said, I've been going in this hotel and others... more

My wife and I were recommended to Manapany by friends who live in Tuscany. They have been to the hotel a few times and love it, perhaps in part because the resort is owned by an Italian family and it maintains a Mediterranean sensibility. We stayed just before high season, at the beginning of December, in a Beachfront Junior Suite... more

How this establishment manages to keep its four star luxury banner is a mystery not only for us who stayed there but for many islanders. The bed was dirty, food terrible, breakfast poor, staff underqualified and rare, management contemptful, common rooms unkempt, service under all standards and prices dishonest. There are other hotels of all sorts on this beautiful island.... more

Seeing only two recent reviews I thought I'd write one for our visit in November of 2004. The staff was generally pleasant and helpful (the hotel manager picked us up from the ferry). Since our stay was on the cusp of the shoulder/high season, a fair amount of the hotel was vacant. I think the only other people there were... more

My Family and I have just returned from a trip to St. Barts and stayed at this hotel and I would advise no one to stay here. The rooms were barely maintained. The water in my bathroom came is spurts and the toliet was in need of repair. the management ignored all requests to fix the situation and overall treated... more

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. My husband surprised me with this trip. Horrible service. No shower for 3 out of 8 days and a $100.00 credit? Hotel staff is inexperienced and brush up on your French or you will be at a loss. Overall very disapointing! Look into the Eden Rock, Guanihani or Ile de France..Beautiful, classy resorts and... more

Rooms in dire need of updating. The beach is nice but not swimable do to coral. Got sick the night we ate there, food so so. The breakfast buffet was the same every day, and they were always running out of food so you had to wait. Beautiful location but it is a shame the owners don't seem to care... more

This hotel has a unique chracter that matches well with the island. The rooms are nestled into the side of a mountain and the beach below has nice waves. The staff was wonderful- all very nice and accommodating. Manapany was quiet and private -- it felt like it was our own place. The feeling of it was very authentic, charming,... more
