I give it five stars because we had a great week and the resort is absolutely beautiful. Here are some comments regarding our stay: - we are from Paris and it helps that our native language is French - the resort's location and architecture are stunning, with lots of flowers everywhere, and top notch facilities - we were there the... more

My husband & I travelled to Buccaneers Creek to celebrate 5 years of marriage. We had been to 1 Club Med before and loved the entire experience (Bora Bora). Once again, we were completely thrilled wth the service we recieved, and the overwhelming beauty of the locale. Martinique was wonderful, and we were especially pleased that even though excursions off... more

Half a globe away from the City of Singapore, my trip to Martinique was indeed a long journey clocking about 21 hours of flight in total. But it was definitely worth the trip for a first timer to the Carribean as it is a world starkly different from Asia. Clubmed-Language My 5 days stay as the Clubmed Le Boucaniers in... more

I brought my family here to celebrate my 70th birthday. The 9 of us gathered 5 years ago at the Columbus Isle Club Med. It was very good. We decided to try a different location. I was worried by the generally negative reviews but the resort has been upgraded since most of the reviews were written. With one exception they... more

We were at the Club Med the Buccaneers of March 30 to April 6 2008. After almost 3 years of expectation I finaly return to club med. When we got out of the bus I was surprise to see Tonny, the one that Chef of animation in 2005 has Punta-Cana. Tonny had done a great job to this post and... more

Needless to say we were very hesitant and worried about this vacation...We don't speak a word of French and we arrived a week after Hurricane Dean hit too! Here's the Breakdown... ROOMS: Above average/excellent... definitly 5... more

My mate and I have been to a number of different club meds. I like club meds because they remind me of summer camp, for adults, a little more fancy, a little bit dressed up. I like the GO’s (counselors) the sing alongs (crazy signs) and entertainment (reminiscent of, again summer camp campfire shows). My mate likes the idea of... more

If you've ever been to the Bahamas and are expecting a similar experience, you'll be dissappointed. The water and the beaches are just not the same. That being said, it's still a beautiful property. In terms of club med, the rooms are very elegant. If you have a chance to request a room I would highly recommend 430. We had... more

Place was poorly run a few years ago. Terrible night time entertainment, poor staff. Tennis pro started a verbal fight with me. Ping pong table was set up under a ceiling with a low support beam. Ended up splitting my head open and needed stitches. Staff truely stated that the problem was not the location of the table, but that... more

I should have listened to tripadvisor about this one. I figured that this was club med''s newly renovated luxury resort and that I could not go wrong. I have been to other club meds before and have enjoyed the experience. The resort and beach are beautiful. The hotel rooms are definitely not 5 star - I would say 3 and... more
