The hotel is located in a cute beach side town on the opposite end of the island away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. The hotel has very limited parking but there was plenty of street parking that was perfectly safe nearby. There were loads of restaurants and shops all around town so plenty to keep you... More

My wife and I went to Trois Islets, Point du Bout to stay at Hotel La Pagerie. Rooms are clean, staff is accommodating and not obtrusive. As Americans, we stood out from the French but felt at home and enjoyed being in minority. While our plans to tour the island by car were disrupted by illness, we relaxed by the... More

My husband and I stayed here after an almost 2 week visit in Martinique and we're sorry we didn't start here. Relative to renting a house (which we did for a week), the hotel is a comparable amount per night and right in "tourist central". Saturday night in the lobby, they arranged things into a theater with a great band... More

We had reserved a triple room as the hotel had only kingsize beds on offer (this way we had at least 1 extra bed - albeit a small one -, for those who like to sleep separately, like we do). Our room (nr. 405) was adequate and well-maintained, but not super, and certainly not particularly large; 2 lounge chairs in... More

Nice hotel overall, rooms and most of the service (especially Philippe) were definitely 4 star quality, the rest is debatable... Btw, the Poisson d'Or and Village Creole restaurants were definitely the best of the lot that tried throughout the week. Our arrival was slightly spoiled by a rude member of staff... This hotel was very nice, we stayed for 3 nights around christmas and new year as a stopping of point coming and going from the nearby island of dominica. The local ferry to the town of Fort de france is just out back, 4 or 5 minute walk, Great restaurants across the road at the village, although the restaurant in... More

This is a very good hotel some distance away from Fort de France but there is a ferry every hour for 10€ return. The room was large comfortable and A/C worked well, the bed was comfortable The staff were all very helpful and spoke English well. We only had breakfast in the hotel and there was plenty to choose from... More

+ good location for doing trips around island, nice rooms, fine breakfast - problems with internet connection/limited access in room - limited knowledge of English - city/ shops/restaurants in area opened only in specific time periods of day

Dear Lenka, Thank you for your time & your comment on TripAdvisor. 90% of the staff is completly fluent in english, what a surprise that you did have the change to talk to one of us. Regarding the shops aroud the hotel there are open from 10am to 7pm included week-ends. Some of them are close during lunch time and... More

We stayed for three nights last week and enjoyed our stay. We arrived early in the morning and while the room wasn't ready yet, the hotel had a nice private "transit lounge" where one could shower and change. There was also a locked luggage room to leave bags. We had the most basic room and it was very nice, a... More

We received rude and off-hand treatment from a (senior?) member of the Reception personnel on our arrival (Saturday evening 20/12/2014). Neither a pro-rata nor a token reduction could be obtained / was offered - prior to... More
