Great views of the Savane and the seaside. An excellent location for pre-cruisers in the heart of Fort-de-France. The owner Mr. Serge is one of the most pleasant and hospitable owner/managers that I have ever met. As I am an English speaking person it was very easy to converse with him. Thank you Serge! RB

On side of building with water view, the street noise was atrocious. Would not stay here again if it was free unless there was no intention to get any sleep. A good hotel that Lonely Planet suggested. Good value for your money with excellent location and fresh view. The service is good and the hotel has clean rooms with wifi and ac. Rooms are around 85 €/night breakfast included. I'm happy to stay here.

Although the Hotel had a no eating/drinking in rooms policy (you have to have your lunch or dinner in a patisserie located on the ground floor, it is super clean and conveniently located right in the heart of the down town shopping district as well as close to the Fort, beach and massive park. Overall, great deal for the price!
