This is a charming address located at the very end of a bumpy road on south-east coast of Martinique. Actually this is not really a hotel, but a "home" where Mrs de Lucy personnally greets you every morning, does her best to run this 10 room unit, and makes suggestions for you to discover this island. Stayed here for a short vacation with my parents and two friends. The original rooms, which we had, are a good size and very individual , with a mix of Antique and family furniture. Just returned from Martinique for a conference and just loved it. Food was great, the roads are phenomenal for the Caribbean, and the people friendly...I speak fluent French but my partner does not and he found the people to be just as friendly. We spent 5 nights at the Fregate Bleue and it was the perfect place to relax...the owners... more
