If you are new to discovering the Isla de Vieques, may I suggest staying at Enchanted Garden Inn. I've stayed here for two years in a row and am hooked!! What a slice of heaven. We stayed at this Inn, and it was like paradise. The rooms were very clean and the property was just amazing. We didn't have a car and the owner Violet picked up at the airport, she was just awesome, with an infectious laugh, made sure that we got well situated. Really could not ask for... More

We stayed at the Inn, or Casa Violet as known to the locals, for three nights. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was clean, quiet, and cool. Violet has been amazing helping us get situated with our plans, and her assistant, Anita, greeted us and made us feel completely welcome and at home. My husband and I had... More

My husband and I were in Vieques last year and we chose Enchanted Garden Inn for our stay. The room was nice and well separated from other rooms. The place was quiet and calm. Violet was a very nice hostess and made sure we felt comfortable. We would love to go back!

If you consider a "back Hoe",mud, major construction daily an acceptable alternative to a garden, you are on your own. The incredible noise level, no lights on stair ways during the evening made our stay impossible to enjoy. No 24 hour manager available. We requested and received our refund for unused nights, no discount on tortured nights used. We found other... More

There is an excercise class that starts at 9:30 am that is REALLY Loud and sits directly below the rooms. If you are at the biobay the night before and were planning on sleeping in you won't have a chance. The rooms are nicely furnished with some nice things like an elactric frying pan and microwave. There is never any... More

My wife and I just got back from a heavenly vacation to Puerto Rico and we are already planning our next trip back. Of the 5 days in PR, we spent 2 days on the island of Vieques. December is the perfect time to visit this tiny paradise. The weather is fantastic, the beaches are awesome and the people are... More

We stayed at Enchanted Garden over Christmas of 2007. The entire experience was beautiful. Enchanted Garden is located on a nice piece of property with mango, banana, and coconut trees. At night, you fall asleep to the harmonic sounds of tree frogs and crickets. The rooms in the house are spacious and clean. The house has a nice sized kitchen... More

In November of 2006 my entire crew for a photo shoot stayed at Violet's, "Enchanted Garden Inn." Violet went over and above the call of duty and played "House Mom." to our crew. She could be seen loading and unloading the dish washer at times or telling us where to find something on the island or calling friends to try... More
