We are infested with bed bug bites. Do not stay at this hotel. We were there 5 nights this past week and have just finished bagging all of our clothing, suitcases, backpacks, etc... and put them in the garage to kill the bugs that we inevitably brought home. First problem check in very late and the key do not open the door, every day with this problem and they have to activate the key. One nigth I can't sleep the terrible smell from out side. Everything is far. The employee they forgot how to smile and you keep you smile in your face. more

Very good hotel. The hotel was OK, but the staff really shined. They treated my wife & I with wonderful service and great smiles. Its a good hotel for it's type. I wasn't expecting the Ritz for sure. Kinda pricey if you compare it with hotels from other areas, but it has an average price for Puerto Rico.
