My husband and I did not stay here and thank goodness we didn't. We took a cab to the casino and decided to have a bite to eat in the hotel restaurant. All we ordered was a ceviche and meat and cheese appetizer. It took 20 minutes to get it and only because we asked for it. The server was... more

The hotel is old and run down despite their attempt to renovate. Their idea of renovation is adding more casino space. The rest of the hotel is less than one star. If I had to pick one bright spot in this hotel, it would be the service I received at the hotel restaurant. The food was expensive and only so... more

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very clean, the lobby was nice, management was friendly/accommodating (gave me free waters and I don't even have any status with Holiday Inn). The location was right off of "2" - which is a good location - though not central to an city and it's not beach-side. Breakfast was not... more

After a horrid night in Joyuda, we found the Holiday Inn on our way home. I decided to stop and check out the prices at least so that we could at least enjoy one part of our honeymoon. We paid $139 something for the night and they let us check in when we arrived, which was at 11:00am, instead of... more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn from Sun-Weds, and was very impressed and pleased with the accommodations, king-size bed with pillow-top mattress, and custom selected pillows. Large LCD TV and nice desk and over-stuffed recliner chair. Bathroom was large, with full counter and hair dryer. We booked thru Priority Club, and paid $108 a night, which included a very through Continental... more

I was with my loved one and his first time out of the main land. After having a horrible experience with a hotel in san juan, I decided to go where I am comfortable (West Coast). Hotel made immediate accomedations for us, which was great. Hospitality was great, poolside very clean, breakfast complimentary, casino very pleasant. Convenient to airport; u... more

Stayed there for 10 days on a business trip in september 07. Got a quiet room with some view over the sea (a bit far, but still...), which I recommend since the main road is particularly noisy. Room was fairly large, clean, with free internet access -somewhat unstable though. Bathroom was well equipped and clean as well. The bed was... more

This hotel is not on the beach, although you can see the ocean from some of the rooms. The room I had was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was also relatively inexpensive for a Holiday Inn. I can’t comment much about the casino as I don’t gamble, except to say that it looked like the casino... more
