Here's the breakdown Pros- It's cheap and in an excellent location. You could just walk outside your room to experience the nightlife of OSJ. It is surrounded by good food and friendly people. It should maybe be clarified that this is a private guest house on a street filled with nightlife, run by guys that run bars as well.
