I stayed here in July of 2013, and will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Puerto Rico! Emeo and Esteban are the best hosts a person could ask for. They made me feel welcome and right at home. Excellent restaurant recommendations too! They directed me to some really great places with fantastic food, and were also very... More

We had a great time during our two-night stay at Andalucia. Host Emeo was very friendly and accomodating, and stayed in great touch by email when we had questions. The guest house is just a few blocks from the beach in the heart of Ocean Park, which is a fun up-and-coming neighborhood away from the big touristy resorts. Emeo provided... More

We stayed 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. Room was comfortable and clean, parking was easy, and the staff were wonderful and warm. Great stay, highly recommended for families. Thanks Emeo and Javier

I'm giving this place a full 5 stars. Service was impeccable: Always willing to help, calling taxis for us, recommending AMAZING local restaurants & things to do that's happening in the city. Room was small but perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable as well. It wasn't too hot or too humid. TV was old school black box haha but... More

Andalucia Guest House was a great home base in San Juan, close to the beach and some good restaurants; it's a short walk to Condado and a short drive into Old San Juan. Emeo and Esteban have created a comfortable guest house that covers all the basics you'd want, such as wifi, books to borrow, a sitting area to relax... More

We stayed in Andalucia for split 5 nights, one night before we started our cruise, and then 4 nights after. Emeo who I was in touch with (when booking), was very helpful, nice guy, ready to help with anything we ask for. The first night we came very late (2 am night), so in advance enought we got an email... More

My partner and I spent 5 days in PR staying at the AGH as a get-a-way from the winter doldrums of the main land. Situated in a PR community that may startle you at first wondering about your choice of lodging due to the graffiti and abandoned properties that abounds. However, this all melts away very quickly as you settle... More

I had 5 people in my group and we all enjoyed staying in the large studio. There were two full sized beds and 1 cot. The cot was very uncomfortable though so I would not recommend it. The location is close to the beach and Emeo provided towels, beach chairs, floating board, etc. He was very nice and gave us... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Andalucia Guest House for four nights during the third week of March and it was very pleasant. The check-in staff was great, and Emeo was very helpful. He responded very quickly to an e-mail I sent him while there (he was not working at the time) because there was not a microwave in... More

Pros: The best part of the stay was the gentleman checking us in (we did not meet the owner). He was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us detailed information about restaurants, the beach, what was available to us at the guest house, taxis - everything we needed. Additionally, he talked a bit about the history and culture of San... More
