I hate writing this, but I have to be honest. While the owners were above and beyond friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived (Roberto gave us laminated maps and answered all our questions about things to do and places to eat), we stayed in a room in the back patio area that was a little disappointing. We are... More

Andalucia Guest House was exactly what we were looking for. It's a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, pharmacies, bus stops, everything. It's in a part of town that has less tourists, which I personally love. You can hop on a bus or taxi to get to Old San Juan. If you're adventurous, you could definitely walk there. We... More

The guesthouse is well located in the Ocean Park area of San Juan, with the beach less than 5 minutes walk away and lots of lovely restaurants lining the streets. There's a wonderful bakery/cafeteria, Kasalta, just opposite where you can have a cooked meal from morning to evening or pick up pastries and sandwiches to take to the beach or... More

We chose this delightful guesthouse for our first and last night in Puerto Rico because we needed a modest property close to the airports ( both International and regional). Charming, clean, gated, quiet authentic PR neighborhood feel. Rooms and baths were well decorated, comfortable and functional. The real gem here is the owner/manager, Emeo, who made fantastic recommendations for walking... More

We mostly enjoyed our stay at Andalucia Guest House. The staff was helpful and recommended some great local restaurants. It's also close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. It's not, however, walking distance to Old San Juan or that much nightlife. If you have a rental car, then it's totally fine, but taxis charge a flat rate of... More

It is a fabulous guest house. Very close to the beach, restaurants, church, local life. It is a quiet place, well served for your needs. It is not a hotel, it is an Inn, rustic, but it is what i was looking for. You feel at home. They make you feel very pleasant and comfortable. Amazing!

We stayed at Andalucía on 12/5/15. The room was very clean, had a nice shower and mini refrigerator and the price was very low. The draw backs to this hotel room was that the room was very small, there was no where to put luggage, we were given the thinnest pillows known to man and the window unit air conditioner... More

Thank You for taking the time to write the review. We wanted to help when another Guest House in the neighborhood was full and send You guys here. We reserve rooms for a minimum stay of three nights. We have plenty of pillows, all sizes and densities. Never had a complaint about a noisy A/C. We understand that some guests... More

Emeo and Esteban were such gracious hosts to us during our honeymoon. We made our initial plans several months in advance for the trip, and when we were looking for recommendations on activities Emeo was and incredible resource and a great assistance in helping me book trips. Add to that the great food that was nearby and the quick trip... More

We liked the neighborhood - even if take a bus is hard to plan : not really scheduled- Several nice places for breakfast, dinner, bars at a walking distance with kids, where San Juan people go. Beaches as well. Gay friendly. Very helpful people who welcome us nicely. Clean, nice room with bathroom.

This small hotel of about 10 rooms is located in Ocean Park which is about a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride from Old San Juan. Don't let the bars and barb wire fool you- Practically everywhere in Puerto Rico is fortified, this neighbourhood was perfectly safe- Andalucia guest house is a total gem!! The beach is... More
