For our first time in Puerto Rico, staying at this wonderful guesthouse in Ocean Park was perfect. I can not speak well enough of the owners Esteban and Emeo, who were great to chat with. One tip is to book a room that is on the back side (not facing the street) if you are sensitive to street noise, since... More

Park you car outside, grab one of the beach towels they provide, walk out, turn left and you are at the beach after a nice two block walk down a residential street. A beach, might I add, much less crowded than nearby Condado. Or relax in the jacuzzi at the guesthouse. Then off to dinner at Bagua, just down the... More

This was our second stay at the Andalucía Guest House. It must say something that we liked it enough to return. We like the fact that it is located outside the tourist district and in a "real" Puerto Rican community. The beach is within an easy walk and the guest house has beach paraphernalia to borrow (beach chairs, towel, boogey... More

I very much liked this Guest House. It is small and has a great atmosphere. Everyone at the front desk is extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are nice and very clean. And in the evening you can get some rest in a jacuzzi. There is also a nice terasse. It is a Guest House, i.e. no breakfast included. But... More

I really enjoyed my time at Andalucia. The location is great in its proximity to the beach and restaurants, Walgreens, etc. I loved that it was a total local area and NOT crawling with touristas :) The rooms are not luxurious but had everything I wanted. A real surprise for me was the cable TV which is better than a... More

My family and I stayed at the Andalucia Guest House for three nights in December. This is not a fancy hotel but rather a small home with several rooms. The owners were very helpful and provided anything we needed. It was great to have beach towels available at no cost! The beach was a short walk up the street, and... More

Delighted! The Andalucia was a sweet surprise for us and felt like our own condo. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but Ernesto was super helpful and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, excellent wifi, and the rooftop deck before going to the nearby (1 block) Kasalta bakery for legendary sandwiches. The guest house has community use/shared sunscreen and insect... More

I was only here for two nights but loved it. The decor was very tasteful in both the shared area (the lobby downstairs) and in the room. I really liked the dimmer on reading lights over the bed; they created a nice ambiance. Esteban and Emeo are super nice and very well-organized. I didn't use the jacuzzi, but it looked... More

In June, my husband and I spent a long weekend at the Andalucia to celebrate our anniversary. What a great place to stay! The location in Ocean Park is perfect. We could walk to the beautiful beach and to many restaurants and stores. We didn't need a car, because we could take the bus into Old San Juan or to... More

My fiancé and I had a great experience at the Andalucia!! They have everything you need in this house - towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, drinks, and most importantly a clean, quiet place to rest! They treat you like family. They are super close to all restaurants and the beach. We hope to stay again when we are back in February!... More
