Guesthouse by the beach. My 2nd visit away from it all. We had the large room no 10 on 2nd floor. Nicely decorated with shower, 2 large beds, cable tv and mini fridge. Quiet working A/C and fan. Outdoor seating, jacuzzi 5 to 9 pm and 1st come parking 6 spaces. This time we used the free bus no 8... More

Small guesthouse in Condado area. 3 blocks to public beach, beach is busy but nice. Taxi to Old San Juan approx $20. Good local restaurants within a few blocks, Kasalta bakery/deli across the street is great for breakfast! Towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach supplies are available to use for the day. The owners are available at all... More

I am very well rounded, I have traveled to several countries and am well aware that anything of value can come up missing while the maid (or perhaps, the owner Emeo himself) is cleaning the rooms. And that is exactly what happened on our 3rd night of stay - and we stayed four nights. It was not my item, it... More

We would like to thank this guest for her review and apologize for the unpleasant experience she had. All we can say is that this was a classic case of good intention but wrongly received. First of all, if we were to gain by stealing their belonging, then why would we compensate her? Besides, if we were to steal things... More

We stayed 3 nights in May for a weekend getaway to San Juan, our first time to the city. The guesthouse is just right - great price, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and helpful owners. You can walk to restaurants in Ocean Park and Condado easily, or take a short cab ride. The beach is just a few minutes... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in April. Andalucia Guest House is perfect for people who want somewhere quiet and comfy as a home base. The room was a perfect size and very clean. The location was awesome. A very quick walk to the beach or restaurants. The map of the area they provided came in handy mulitple times and... More

For our first time in Puerto Rico, staying at this wonderful guesthouse in Ocean Park was perfect. I can not speak well enough of the owners Esteban and Emeo, who were great to chat with. One tip is to book a room that is on the back side (not facing the street) if you are sensitive to street noise, since... More

Park you car outside, grab one of the beach towels they provide, walk out, turn left and you are at the beach after a nice two block walk down a residential street. A beach, might I add, much less crowded than nearby Condado. Or relax in the jacuzzi at the guesthouse. Then off to dinner at Bagua, just down the... More

This was our second stay at the Andalucía Guest House. It must say something that we liked it enough to return. We like the fact that it is located outside the tourist district and in a "real" Puerto Rican community. The beach is within an easy walk and the guest house has beach paraphernalia to borrow (beach chairs, towel, boogey... More

I very much liked this Guest House. It is small and has a great atmosphere. Everyone at the front desk is extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are nice and very clean. And in the evening you can get some rest in a jacuzzi. There is also a nice terasse. It is a Guest House, i.e. no breakfast included. But... More

I really enjoyed my time at Andalucia. The location is great in its proximity to the beach and restaurants, Walgreens, etc. I loved that it was a total local area and NOT crawling with touristas :) The rooms are not luxurious but had everything I wanted. A real surprise for me was the cable TV which is better than a... More
