Hubby and I just returned from our short stay in San Juan. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and ammenities. Nice room, comfortable bed and good bathroom. The hotel has both a rooftop area with a jacuzzi and a pool on the ground floor. The location of this hotel worked out to be extremelly convenient, being in Condado... More

This company is dishonest. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and cancelled a third night. We checked when we registered to make sure the third night was cancelled and were told it was. Then they charged our credit card. They have refused to issue a credit, even though the whole process is documented. DON'T STAY HERE. CHOOSE ANOTHER... More

We stayed for three nights at the end of February. The hotel was a lovely little haven in the Condado district. The room was pleasant; clean, quiet and cool, with an efficient air conditioning system. Breakfast was in a lovely location partially outside and partly inside surrounded by pot plants. Not a huge choice, but enough to feel satisfied. The... More

The Coral Princess is a clean hotel. But, the staff was not helpful and they charged me hidden fees on checkout. They refused to waive them and I could not dispute them with my credit card because the Inn classified them as "operational expenses." Also, the Inn is not conveniently located to very many places. If you do stay here,... More

I don't know the state of your relationships, but if they're healthy, a stay at the Coral Princess should only make them better. What a fine place! So clean, such a great vibe...We've stayed in a lot of cool spots, but this one is right up there with the rest. For starters, the staff is superb and could not have... More

My wife, sister and brother-in-law stayed here before our cruise. I read the reviews here and decided for the price this hotel would be fine. And it was, the price was great. Many other hotels in San Juan wanted more the $300 per night. We stayed two nights here for less than $200. The Condado area is ok, some graffiti... More

My husband and I were booked for two nights at the coral princess inn and we absolutely loved the atmosphere, decor and our room. The flowers and plants were gorgeous in the outdoor seating areas. I loved having access to the coffee/latte machine and the juice machine all the time. The continental breakfast was good. The night before we were... More

Although most of the reviews for the Coral Princess Inn were quite good, we were a bit disappointed. Yes, it is very well maintained and modern. However, most of the services and ammenities are average at best. Location: Central to the Condado area, good for nightlife/places to eat. However, many of these restaurants are overpriced and, frankly, not as good... More

the front staff is extremely helpfull and very nice. The breakfast area was small but had lots of delicious goodies to eat, ie: crossants, yougurt, cold cuts, fresh juices, cookies, danishes, cream cheese, butter. It was really good. All though the hotel is not beach front we managed to sneak into the Marriot (I believe that was the name) a... More

This is a good value hotel... but more along the line of a B&B. Quieter than staying in Old San Juan and nice if you don't want to be locked into a Hilton, Marriott or Radisson all inclusive property. We stayed for 4 nights. During our stay all rooms received new comforters. The room was fine. We wanted a clean,... More
