the front staff is extremely helpfull and very nice. We had a flight cancelation last minute and this hotel would not let us adjust our stay at all. They were rude and we are still trying to get our money back for the night we missed due to flight delays. There are many other small hotels in San Juan. Don't stay here!! RUDE STAFF!!! more

After reading so many positive reviews I was honestly shocked to see the state of the hotel. To begin the hotel is in a very bad neighborhood.
