My wife, sister and brother-in-law stayed here before our cruise. I read the reviews here and decided for the price this hotel would be fine. And it was, the price was great. Many other hotels in San Juan wanted more the $300 per night. We stayed two nights here for less than $200. The Condado area is ok, some graffiti... more

My husband and I were booked for two nights at the coral princess inn and we absolutely loved the atmosphere, decor and our room. The flowers and plants were gorgeous in the outdoor seating areas. I loved having access to the coffee/latte machine and the juice machine all the time. The continental breakfast was good. The night before we were... more

Although most of the reviews for the Coral Princess Inn were quite good, we were a bit disappointed. Yes, it is very well maintained and modern. However, most of the services and ammenities are average at best. Location: Central to the Condado area, good for nightlife/places to eat. However, many of these restaurants are overpriced and, frankly, not as good... more

the front staff is extremely helpfull and very nice. The breakfast area was small but had lots of delicious goodies to eat, ie: crossants, yougurt, cold cuts, fresh juices, cookies, danishes, cream cheese, butter. It was really good. All though the hotel is not beach front we managed to sneak into the Marriot (I believe that was the name) a... more

This is a good value hotel... but more along the line of a B&B. Quieter than staying in Old San Juan and nice if you don't want to be locked into a Hilton, Marriott or Radisson all inclusive property. We stayed for 4 nights. During our stay all rooms received new comforters. The room was fine. We wanted a clean,... more

We loved this charming hotel in the Condado Beach area. In a residential area within a few blocks of shopping and the beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very clean. Charming. more

We had a flight cancelation last minute and this hotel would not let us adjust our stay at all. They were rude and we are still trying to get our money back for the night we missed due to flight delays. There are many other small hotels in San Juan. Don't stay here!! RUDE STAFF!!! more

My husband and I stayed at the coral princess in Jan 31st-Feb 5th 2009. Upon arriving the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The garden is beautiful, the room was great. My husband and I didn't have any problems. We recieved fresh towels and great housekeeping everyday. Breakfast was good and we loved the hot tub on... more

Firstly I have to disagree with the last reviewer's comments on the area - it was no more threatening than I expected . yes there was graffiti but you find that everywhere nowdays and dunkin donuts was the only place I experienced that you had to be buzzed into of all the shops in the Condado district. We walked around... more

After reading so many positive reviews I was honestly shocked to see the state of the hotel. To begin the hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. Think grafitti everywhere, and barbed wire fences/razor fences. To top it off even to go into the local Dunkin Donuts in the area you need to be buzzed in mid day. The area... more
