Horrible customer service with cancelation of booking! Make sure you are going to stay at this hotel because if not they will not cancel your booking and will charge your credit card for full payment. We just returned from a stay in P.R. Unfortunately only one night was spent at the Coral Princess. Even though business meetings took us to a much fancier name hotel for the rest of our stay, we kept saying that we wished we could've stayed here the entire time.
