What a great place to enjoy Puerto Rico. Even before we arrived, the host Natalia communicated lots of useful information and links that would be beneficial to us. She is the perfect host, offering 24/7 availability via phone and great insight based on personal interests. The room we stayed at "Coronado" is very spacious with some beautiful tinted windows and... More

My best decision, when planning our Puerto Rico trip, was to book a room at Casa Castellana. Natalia is a wonderful host, expert concierge, and friend all rolled into one. She directed us to great restaurants, gave us tips for getting around, provided when we needed something and fed us glorious breakfasts. I forgot to pack my hat, she loaned... More

My husband and I spent two nights here in early April 2015. It is a gorgeous property with lovely bedrooms and the breakfasts on the rooftop terrace are incredible. Natalia is a fountain of information and hospitality. Her many suggestions for things to do, including dinner and flamenco dancing, were perfect! We loved being in a beautiful residential district within... More

We found this B & B and read the previous reviews and were so impressed that we booked 5 nights and one additional night at the end of our trip. Natalia Richard, the owner is a warm and wonderful person. She knows San Juan inside and out and was able to suggest wonderful places to eat, sights we should not... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It's within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Natalia was the real gem of this B&B. She's super friendly and suggested different outings for us. We ended up, based on her advice, having the best meal of our trip and dancing the night away in Santurce. We never would... More

My wife, son and I stayed in this wonderful B&B in the Condado district of San Juan, PR during February 2015. The B&B is charming with wonderful antique appointments with modern conveniences, comfortable beds and a 3rd floor terrace for the great breakfasts served by the owner, Natalia (fresh fruit; omlettes; french toast etc.). Natalia treats her guests like family... More

Natalia "saved" us when US Air stranded us in San Juan for three days after our cruise. She kept our room available each day until finally on the third day we were able to leave. She took the stress out of the situation by expertly handling so many details: she tried for an hour and a half on the phone... More

I can't recommend Casa Castellana and Natalia highly enough! My husband thought I was nuts when I booked a B&B for our trip traveling with our two small children (4 yrs and 9 months). But Casa Castellana could not have been more perfect. From the gorgeously decorated room - the Cordoba master suite was a perfect size for our family... More

Casa Castellana is a great home base for visitors to San Juan. It's nestled in a residential neighborhood and only two blocks from Ashford Avenue with its many restaurants and shops. The home is a classic with stained glass windows and antiques. We stayed in the Toledo Room which is on the ground floor. The room is set back from... More

CC is in a residential neighborhood that is only 2 blocks from the main drag of Condado Beach where there are many restaurants, people jogging, biking, etc. We liked the residential feel of being near but off the main drag. You do have to walk to the beach, though. Natalia and Nina are awesome--better than a private concierge at a... More
