If you are desperate for a roof over your head... fine, but with the choices available, you can spend a few dollars more and have a good hotel. It is an older building, but well maintained, and very clean rooms. There is free wi-fi, modern stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, pots/pans, dishes, knifes, forks, spoons, kitchen table/chairs. Ocean facing patio area next to the beach. The woman who owns the place is really nice. Location is fantastic, right on the beach in the middle of the Condado strip, but on a side street with no traffic (it's a dead end). The night club is right next door, parking driving is an exercise in patience. The staff is very friendly, the beach is beautiful. Again be prepared for terrible traffic....and very loud music. The rooms are ok, good value and clean. It seems safe, and is near everything. Traffic and club will have me booking somewhere else next time. More
