The staff at the Hotel Milano was exceptional. The manager as well as the staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional. The rooms are compact, but nicely organized, clean and comfortable. Location couldn't be better!! We stayed at the Hotel Milano the day prior to boarding our cruise ship and it couldn't have been more convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel... More

Affordable, safe, comfortable, and in old San Juan. Rooftop bar was a bonus though we were dissapointed that they had locked the doors to the bar when we got back after dinner and a drink. Location is prime as a home base while wandering around the old port. Auyervedic/heamth foods store across the street was a bonus for us. Could... More

A group of 6 adults stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were not fancy, but were clean and roomy, and the bathrooms were roomy, too. We walked around in Old San Juan and were able to easily get to several shops, restaurants, and the fort. The people at the front desk spoke excellent English. The beds were comfortable and... More

This is our favorite hotel in Old San Juan (OSJ) and the location is absolutely incredible- close to all the major attractions, restaurants and nightlife that OSJ has to offer. Juan and the other guys that work there speak fluent English and are always helpful to their guests. This hotel is charming and feels like coming home to meet your... More

The hotel is not the most glamorous, but you shouldn't expect luxury if your looking for a hotel in old San Juan. The staff were all very friendly. Our room was a good size and the AC definitely kept the room cool. The restaurant/Bar on the roof has an awesome view and the tacos are AMAZING! We were taking a... More

I recently stayed at the Hotel Milano but wouldn't do so again. The rooms were clean but worn and run down. There is a ton of noise that comes from the street in front of the Hotel that makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning didn't work well at all. The main thing this hotel... More

We stayed four nights for my son's wedding. The hotel was dated but clean staff very nice. It was located near shopping and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Overall worth the stay. They were able to accommodate our large party at a reasonable rate and include free continental breakfast. Very glad we stayed there and would stay again!

Our group of about 40 stayed for one night before a cruise and it was perfect for us. This is a smaller, older hotel and just fits this historic area, surrounded by shopping, beautiful little parks and a short walk in any direction to the waterfront. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The location is great, views from the... More

Would give NO stars, but the staff was great and the cleaning staff tries. The place has a very damp and musty odor everywhere. Things are falling apart. Would not stay again. Would have found another hotel if I were staying a 2nd night. Location good but place is run-down. Nothing done since it became hotel in late 90's.
