Glad we stayed here instead of some corporate, boring, run of the mill Hilton or whatnot. This place is very unique and has that Spanish-colonial look and feel to it. It is right on the beach, well priced and the staff are great. They let us do a very early check in and didn't even charge us (flight came in... More

This is a great place to stay. We stayed for almost a week. The owner was great! I got sick during the stay and he called a doctor for me and I paid a flat $75 and felt better within 24hrs. The room was great. The hottub was great. They also gave us use of the pool at their sister... More

The management overcharged me for a cancelled reservation, and after several phone calls from both me and the booking site I used, refused to correct the charge. Their attitude was such that the representative of the booking company was extremely dismayed. Fortunately, since I booked through a third party, the charge will eventually get corrected, and the company will also... More

We stayed at the Acacia Boutique hotel prior to a cruise. Our room was below street level and the only window to the outside was in the bathroom and looked up underneath parked cars. All this for over $200/night when they added on fees. It was dark and smelled of mold. Inadvertently, We left a small down travel pillow on... More

In the Condado are this is a lovely little place. Clean and well decorated. Rooms are small but well presented and clean seconds walk to the fab condado beach and a stroll to food and drinks venues too. Taxi ride into Santurce well worth it for about $10 no lift so be prepared to carry your own bags up stairs!

This is a boutique of a hotel. The rooms are cute, but very small. We had a balcony overlooking the beach. Beautiful view! The restaurant in the lobby was also fabulous. Take a cab from the airport. There was no parking and we had to park illegally in street down from the hotel (didn't get a ticket) but it did... More

Stayed at this hotel recently for a few days - although we booked a room with a king size bed, we discovered that they had just pushed two twin beds together. The room was beautiful - nice balcony, amazing shower, and the overall decor was gorgeous... but it's not in a quiet location. We were regularly woken up by garbage... More

We generally prefer to stay in boutique hotels when traveling for a more unique, personalized experience. Acacia's rooms were very cute and clean and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Hotel is one block from the beach and walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. We told them that we would be traveling to Vieques and returning... More

Loved this small, intimate boutique hotel and my room with quarry tile throughout, private terrace, huge stone shower and very comfortable bed. Niche restaurant served great food and drinks. My plane got in late due to the winter storm in Chicago and I was happy that the front desk was still manned (check this if you are arriving late since... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. We have cruised from San Juan before and wanted a more authentic facility than the chain hotels offer and a beach location. We were not disappointed! The restored mansion is beach block and the lobby and common areas are full of old world charm with contemporary splashes! We enjoyed... More
