My trip to North American and US territory hotel 2 of 3: For my first ever visit to the Caribbean I stayed two nights at this hotel. I flew from MIA, and appreciated the view of the islands on route, the North Atlantic is simply generous with her beauty. On arrival Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport wasn’t busy still there... Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. We're very sorry about the dark markings in the sheets of our hotel. We assure you that maintenance will know about this so we can improve our service in the future. More

The hotel was one of the cheapest we could get with good reviews (Now when i read the reviews I think you get the best idea of the hotel when you read the reviews from three stars and under). I don't think the hotel was worth the money. With the same price or cheaper you could sleep at hostel and... More

Old world charm with genuine hospitality, the Wind Chimes is like visiting an old-time hacienda. From the terrazzo tile floors to the canopy of palm trees, this place is welcoming and cool. The front desk manager is the best anyone could hope for in ANY hotel; smart, helpful, cheerful, and kind. Send a spy over there, Starwood, to see how... More

We booked a king size bed w/kitchenette and were delighted by the room. Our excitement was quickly replaced by disgust in finding bedbugs on the box spring (fecal spots, live nymph, eggs). I am an exterminator by trade (12 years)so I always inspect the bed upon check-in and advise you to do the same. (Fecal spots appear as black dots)Fernando... More

Hi @Tiredtravel! First of all, thanks for taking the time to write us a review. We love to hear all kind of opinions so we can improve our services in a future. Unfortunately, we have to disagree with you on the fact that we have bedbugs in one of our rooms. We respect your knowledge as an exterminator but we... More

When we planned our Cruise, we needed a place to stay for a couple days before boarding the ship. We did not want a cookie cutter type hotel but rather a hotel with local San Juan charm. The Wind Chimes Boutique was perfect! The moment we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. Everything was perfect from the... More

This was not a good experience. First off this was your typical bait and switch. We booked our room for hotel Acacia and they put us in their sister hotel wind chimes (which is right down the road on the same block). Once we advised the staff that our reservations were at Acacia and Not wind chimes they wanted to... More

My wife and I stayed here and enjoyed the decor of the hotel and the location. It was nice to not be in a monstrosity of a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. At Wind Chimes felt like you were part of Puerto Rico. Everyone was helpful at the hotel and helped arrange excursions for us. A lovely... More

There is much to like about this small inn and we would stay here again, just not in room 113. The hotel has a great location a block from the beach and a short walk to Kasalta on C/ McCleary, the strip in Condado along Avda Ashford, and the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico on Avda Diego. It's a... More

I love this place. I think everytime I go To Puerto Rico I will stay here. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was centrally located to everything!!! It was near resturants, the beach and the night life. The rates were reasonable and I had an amazing stay

We stayed at the hotel for two nights following our cruise. Here's the breakdown: Con: Desk staff on Sunday 1/18 was not pleasant at all. We dealt with one of the two ladies behind the desk, who was "miffed" (nice word) that we had arrived after getting off our ship, approximately 10 am. Although I told her right away that... More
