We checked in on a Sunday when we arrived to PR. We went by it twice since I could not see the entrance. Well, there is no entrance. I called and was told to find a parking on a side street since the hotel does.not have one. We parked and in what it felt like a walk of shame, we... More

I did my reservation through Expedia, a double room with two queen bed and a parking space. Before arriving at the hotel I called to reserve my parking space and they put me on a waiting list. Upon my arrival I was told by the staff that they gave up our parking space to somebody else. Once in the room,... More

We spent our honeymoon here and we are attached to this place. We also know the local area very well. It's great for couples because it is very private and not crowded like the big chain hotels. The pool is available and most of the time you can get it to yourself.

If you are expecting a lavish hotel with amenities you never use, then this is not the place for you. The hotel is rather small as well are the rooms. But they include all the essentials. If you are on vacation are you really going to be spending a ton of time in your room anyways? It is a great... More

This hotel was available the same night that my partner and I needed it. we made a mistake in our reservation for the hotel and we needed one night due to that problem. this hotel is walking distance bars, restaurants and the beach. We liked the hotel as it reminded me as an old home converted into hotel, but it... More

Spent two nights here, prior to taking a 7-day cruise. Stayed in room 128 which is right over the bar and the service entrance. Room was a standard room with small queen-sized bed. The room, though small, was clean. The 'hallway' to the bathroom was so narrow that I had to turn sideways to get into it. I was quite... More

Wind Chimes was about a block from the beach which was great, and perfect for a trip with friends. Easy walk or cab to bars and restaurants. The rooms were nothing special, but good for the price in that area. The pool was small but fun to have. We were a large group and the hotel ended up splitting us... More

I stayed here only one night, because it was so bad, and we only wanted to leave. It seemed like we were disturbing the receptionist when we arrived and he were almost to lazy to show us our room - we didn't felt welcome at all. The shower was so bas that it was more easy to just use the... More
