I have nothing but great things to say about this place... As a solo female traveler I felt very safe! Great Location! I was scheduled to leave on 4-4-14 which was the friday before my bday 4-5-14 I decided to change my flight! I'm from Massachusetts its cold here! So waking up in fabulous puerto rico on my birthday is... More

The parking at the hotel is limited to three spaces. We were leaving very early (4 AM) and I wasn't at all happy about parking on the street a few blocks away. Calvin responded compassionately and put us in the parking lot, and generally helped above and beyond the call of duty. I expect people who deal with tourists to... More

This boutique hotel was charming and impeccably clean. The A/C units are all new and modern. A plus in San Juan for sure. The biggest problem I have is with the tricky parking. There is only room for about 3 vehicles, so don't fail to get a reservation for parking at the time you book the room. Even with 3... More

We arrived loaded with 2 heavy suitcases to encounter two old houses surrounded by a wall with entry only allowed by getting buzzed in through wall door. Immediately one must climb several stairs to get entry into front house......not easy with yard man continuing to water the stairs and yard. Front desk clerk, female, very pleasant which we did not... More

I arrived a little before 2pm to find that yes, check in is at 3pm. At the time I arrived at the hotel, the staff person was a bit rude about this which I didn't care for. I do love the property. I had stayed at another hotel closer to condado avenue. The location was closer to more restaurants but... More

I spent a week in this hotel for my vacation. Since I was going to be in San Juan the same week as the Spring Break crowds would be there I wanted a quiet hotel that was walking distance from the beach. They provided quality customer service and were very attentive to my needs. The pool was wonderful, the room... More

Was a decent hotel and very cute property but is in need of an update. The staff really made the difference and is the reason I gave it 3 stars instead of less. Check out time is 11 which is kind of early with no option for a late check out. Also had a serious ant issue in the bathroom.

My mother & I stayed here for 2 nights- small room, but neat & clean with AC. Took a few minutes for the hot water to arrive in the shower but once it did, it was plenty hot. Staff very friendly and helpful with helping make sightseeing plans & arranging car rental pick-up with a very affordable company. The hot... More

This hotel has several special features. First, the bartender (do not laugh). He is the guy who can be your PR guide - just ask him about his recommendations. A fun person to talk to, too. He might leave earlier, though, if there are no customers (:)). The same bartender serves breakfast in the morning. The sister property, the Acacia... More
