This is a wonderful hotel and a bargain price. It is convenently located near the cab lines. It felt very safe. My only complaint is that it is sitting on the two blocks that become saturated with cruise ship passengers exiting and rushing about. Worth the money. I would choose a hotel a little further from the terminal next time... More

The beds were large and comfortable. They put us on the top floor, which was great. Our view, however, was of the parking garage next door. The rooftop pool and hot tub were nice, but too small for a hotel this size. You think you're going to go relax by the pool? Forget it; there are already 40 people out... More

Like most reviewers, we were not cruise passengers, but we chose the Sheraton as a base for the first night of our Puerto Rico trip, before heading into the central mountains. The hotel is in a great location for any leisure traveler wanting to explore the Old San Juan area. The ferry and cruise ship piers are directly across the... More

This trip was a combined work/personal trip to PR for 4 days, and I picked the Sheraton Old San Juan after doing a bit of research and deciding that proximity to OSJ would be nice for my wife while I was working. Largely, we were happy with how it turned out. The Sheraton OSJ is a nicely run hotel, if... More

The hotel is situated by the water edge.It is in the old town so is an excellant spot to wander the streeis of the old town and walls of this amazing city. When the cruise lines pull into port you think they are going to come into the hotel they are so close,

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Old San Juan for 2 nights once our cruise returned to San Juan. Once getting off the cruise ship we walked from the pier (5-7 minutes) and checked-in. Since it was before 3:00, they held our bags in a secured room with a numbered tag we had a matching ticket for until... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and it was the pefect hotel. Centrally located and very nice rooms. The a/c was very cold which may bother some but if you can get a rate on hotwire or pricelien like we did - it's worth it! From this hotel we were able to do many tourist activities on... More

This hotel was just what the post cruiser ordered. We decided that after our 1 week adventure in the Caribbean Sea, we would not hop on a plane and go home. I highly recommend spending 1 more night in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico and we did so with this wonderful hotel. Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms... great view... More

What a zoo! This hotel is SERIOUSLY understaffed and ill-equipped to deal with the volume of guests and traffic it receives. The lobby is way to small to deal with all the guests and the desk attendants barely speak English. Not exactly what I was expecting from the pictures or a world class hotel like Sheraton. It seems that most... More

You couldn't ask for a better location if you are doing a Carnival Cruise. This hotel is across the street from the Carnival Pier 2. It's very nice, clean. They stored our luggage since we arrived before check-in & then again after check-out before our flight departed - allowing us to explore Old San Juan. Large rooms, A/C, big flat... More
