This hotel is perfectly located on the beach beside the Marriott, but has only the bare minimum for amenities. The hotel elevator holds 3 people, the stairwell is one way, 4' wide, the rooms are bare, bathroom is tiny. The beds are small twin beds made for children. This place is like a hostel.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The location is the best part because it is on the block of the beach. Less than a minute walk to the beach.. Instagram: @tommiesox

place is clean, actually under some renovation so, it should be better in some time, ..rums are fine, clean , clean bath, with soup, shampoo,..no parking like advertised, you have to park a block from the hotel or chase a parking spot in front of the hotel, wish is hard to find..small restaurant right in the hotel... and right on... If you are considering this hotel, you should really keep looking. Let me start by saying the walkway to get up to the hotel is horrible. Try carrying luggage up this ramp while its wet, impossible. The only good thing about our stay is that the front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. Once inside the room, we couldn't believe... More

Although close to a beach hotel was the worst place I've ever stayed at. Elevator stopped 6 inches before floor reached. Room without shampoo, towels were worn an dingy, dirty looking. Air conditioner was rusty and ready to fall from window. I have a nice itchy rash on my neck since staying there, should have left immediately after seeing room.... More

We stayed before and after a cruise and this hotel was perfect for our needs. As others have said it's quite basic but clean and much better value than a lot of the hotels in San Juan. Location was perfect, cheap taxis from the airport and to the cruise terminal. And bus to Old Town just on the corner. The... More

This is an older hotel with a small elevator, narrow hallways, and dinky rooms. Everything is very basic but clean and in decent condition. The staff was as helpful as they needed to be. Bottom line, to be so near the beach you won't beat the price. We are just here for one night before a cruise and it will... More

This is my 5th trip to PR, and I have stayed all over the island in all-inclusives, hotels and even rented a house in Humaco. This time my fiancé and I wanted a quick, budget friendly getaway, and so we booked the Sandy Beach Hotel in Condado. First of all, the location is great - a short cab ride from... More

We really enjoyed this little hotel. Steps from the beach. Simple little rooms but great air conditioning. Nothing really fancy but super value for being this close to the beach. Front desk staff are super sweet. Pretty comfortable bed. Overall great value. Would definite stay here again.

I was trying to save money by choosing a less expensive hotel but still be near the beach. The good. They have a nice breakfast restaurant on premise. The beach is right there but no chairs unless you want to rent. The bad. The beds were like sleeping on the ground. I had no hot water. There are no phones... More
