Well kept inn, nice people. But it's in the middle of nowhere. Not in Isla Verde, Condado or Old San Juan. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy. We walked to Condado during the day, but were warned for safety's sake to take a cab at night ... $10-$12 dollars a ride. Nothing is close more

We went from one hotel to another until we encountered this one, and this is one of the most affordable, and in a perfect location! The beach is just across the street, and the rooms were clean. Its not a luxury hotel, but if your going with your buddies for a vacation, this is the perfect place!! more

We loved the Tres Palmas Inn. It is a beachfront INN (you walk across the street and there's the water) and the rooms are cozy. fresh water pool & jacuzzi with a VIEW, for the price you cannot beat the bargain.
