The room was spartan but very clean and there was a nice balcony overlooking the street - unfortunately, a noisy street. The staff are very helpful and friendly, clearly trying hard to please. The major drawback is the location which requires driving or a taxi to reach nightlife and restaurants. more

I just came back from San Juan and my experience in this hotel was great. The service is excellent, they are always helping you with info about the island and places to go. Close to Old San Juan and Condado areas. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Go for it. more
