I attended a conference held at one of the resort hotels near Condado, and am so glad that I didn't stay in the conference hotel. I very much enjoyed the time I spent in Old San Juan--it felt like I was on a vacation. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very spacious. It was located within walking distance of restaurants,... more

Me and my husband stayed at Caleta 64 after getting some great reviews from friends. Firts of all, the location of the place is perfect. Just walking distance from the main spots in Old San Juan, you don't even need to drive!! The service was excellent. Betsy and Gustavo are great hosts and very friendly. They gave us plenty of... more

First time visit to Puerto Rico so it was a blast but there are a few things I would do differently. As far as this location it is a very nice spot to be in old San Juan. I travel with my wife and three late teen early twenty daughters so safety is a concern. Caleta 64 is located in... more

I love this place so much that I am actually writing a review before I have even left the unit (We stayed in the "La Puerta" room). We chose this place for a one night stay on the last leg of our week long trip to Puerto Rico based on the good reviews and the nice pictures on their website.... more

Although it has been almost six months since we stayed here, I wanted to review Caleta 64 because we were so impressed. The apartment we stayed in was so beautiful, spacious, and we loved the balconies. It was centrally located so was perfect for our short stay in San Juan. Gustavo and Betsy were excellent hosts. They were so accomodating.... more

My husband and I, along with several other family friends that occupied the other apartments of Caleta 64 were in San Juan from late part of July through 1st part of August for our friend's wedding. In terms of location: THIS IS THE SPOT! Just steps away from Hotel Convento AND the Cathedral, along with several highly recommended restaurants/bars...you can... more

My wife and I decided to stay here in mid-June based on all the good reviews here. All the reviews listed here are accurate: the location is great, the apartment is clean, and it’s an overall decent place. However, we received a surprise on the day of our departure. About 2 hours after we checked out, the owner Gustavo rudely... more

We came there for my best friends wedding during the week of July 4th. Gustavo and Betsy are great. They even managed to find and save us a parking spot right in front the place. We stayed in the Casa Blanca. Its decorated very nicely and very modern. Location is excellent. They will go out of their way to make... more

We spent only 2 nights in the Adoquin unit---and wished we had stayed longer--so we will be back! The location can not be beat--right near old wall/door in Old SJ and steps away from El Convento. The unit was clean--cool--comfortable--with kitchen facilities--flat screen-- and a wonderful balcony that looks over the very quiet cobblestone street. We walked safely all around... more

The first part of our 8 day trip to Puerto Rico started in Old San Juan. We wanted to stay close to all the action and Caleta 64 was perfect! A stroll away from all the main attractions in Old San Juan. By the way by foot is best way to see Old San Juan, since traffic on the weekends... more
