The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The big disappointment was that you cannot swim in the water on the beach. It is covered in rocks and it's painful to try and get in the water. Background We have been to a chain of AI resorts in Jamaica 4 times for a week or more at a time, same with an AI in Cancun. This was our 6th stay on the au'natural side at Grand Lido Braco and plan never to return.. The service has deteriorated over the years ,many of the staff including mgmt/ sales people . have moved on to newer and better resorts. This resort is stunning! Yes it is more expensive, but well worth the money. Take advantage of the scuba diving, room service, spa services, and try a "dirty banana" at the swim up bar on the clothing required side of the resort. more
