My visit to Eslyn was disappointing to say the least! The location of the villa is perfect - we are very familiar with Runaway Bay/St Ann, and so where happy to pay the inflated rental price for the 'Cardiff Hall' address. However, the experience was spoilt by the attitude of Larisse the Housekeeper. She was surly, rude, and unco-operative. Perhaps... more

Oh so disappointing! I travelled from the UK with my 2 adult daughters, my niece, 4 yr old grandson, a dear friend and my lovely husband - a Jamaican national. We just returned from this villa after spending 7 luxiourous days 4 couples 3 children and one senior... Absolutely the best service ever... I told Miss Laurice and Miss Chloe that this was not a 5* service but a platinum ..... Both women provded us with superior round the clock service and even though they were on site they were... more
