We stayed at the Moon San Villa. Donna and David were lovely people who were so friendly and helpful to their guests. Donna made awesome breakfasts for us. The people that are saying that you could only have certain things on the menu obviously don't understand how things work in Jamaica. You have to ask for things a day or... More

balder, trash, and rubbish is what i say to those who've written so negatively about this Jewel. I took Laura and it was our first trip to Jamaica. From the get go Dave arranged our drive from Kingston to Portland w/ our wonderful driver, Mr. Clark. Michael greeted us warmly and of course, Donna, our wonderful cook. She is extremely... More

We stayed in the master bedroom. It was definitely not worth the extra money. The air conditioning worked for 1 of the 3 nights. There were ants all over the bathroom, and the hot water in the shower was only a trickle. There was construction going on nearby, and the workers could see into the room. They worked on weekends... The villa had failed to tell us that there is construction going on right in front of the villa blocking the view of the ocean. The construction workers can look right inside our room. The rooms are very small, including the master bedroom which is not even worth the money. The construction goes on everyday starting at 7:30am until 7:00pm... More

My wife and I stayed here in July '06 and it was without question one of the best lodging experiences we have ever had. The staff was friendly and attentive, Donna was there every morning to whip us up wonderful Caribbean breakfasts (the French Toast was the best) and Desmond was on hand day and night to help us plan... We arrived at the villa on Monday, April 16th and stayed for a week. My wife, two boys, and myself really enjoyed the villa. We felt relaxed from the minute we got in the door. Everything was taken care of; Dave took our luggage to our room; and Donna made us feel welcome. Donna's a great chef for the villa.... More

I have been long overdue in writing a review but was prompted to after seeing Steves review. My wife and I stayed at Moon San last May and had a fantastic time. It was our first trip to Jamaica and we made a great adventure out of the trip. This is not a four star resort but was an excellent... More

Moon San Villa is a 4 bedroom property that sits majestically on a hillside above the blue lagoon in Port Antonio .I took the whole Villa( it can be booked by the room ) as I was on my Anniversry and wanted the privacy that comes w/ booking the entire property.By doing this we had the sole attention of the... In Order of Importance to Me: Location: Very picturesque ! What more can I say. The feeling is that you are in the middle of a rainforest. Take a short stroll down the walkway and the litter lined driveway to the Blue Hole. This is a very nice place for a swim and is fed by a fresh water stream... More

This is Donna the manager of Moon San Villa. I am sorry Stevee123 did not have a good time at Moon San, but reviews should be more accurate and truthful. I went into Goggle and typed in Jamaica Ackee and the first site states there are two bearing seasons: between January to March and June to August. Stevee123 was not... More
