I have no idea what the above reviewers see in Frenchman's cove - it is not "retro" but rather, has not been cleaned or updated since 1955! The vegetation is wonderfully overgrown but the landscaping still bears the mark of humankind so that this hotel could serve as the set for a "The Haunted Resort" flic.
