Good hotel in wonderful Port Antonio. The room was clean and large and the hotel is just a short walk from the city centre. Staff were friendly but the service wasn’t good enough. We were waiting around 30 min. to get our breakfast even if there were no other guests in the breakfast room. On the other hand: According to... More

I stayed at Tim Bamboo with my husband and son in March, and we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast selection is the best, and we enjoyed our Jamaican cuisine, which we didn't have in a long time. Loved the location and the friendly staff. I would definetly stay there again.

Staff are friendly but friendly does not cut it when 1stly you have NO hot water. Hot water knob flew out the wall in the middle of the night which made the whole shower area soaked, little one sleeping and ended up waking up because of this. Had to get assistance early hours of the morning to fix problem. Also,... More

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying there. We had our anniversary private get together with some friends and it was great. All the staff memerbers always seemed so happy and cheerful..wish I could have stayed longer, but I will definitely be back to visit. The only thing I wished your hotel provided was laundry services...so please work on that.

The place looked good enough, however, it had several short comings. Two of the three mornings there was no water. The one one morning that there was water, it was cold and no hot water. If you wanted breakfast or any other meal, you had to order it the day before. There was no showing up for breakfast and ordering... More

A group of about 25 stayed at Tim Bamboo in celebration of my Birthdate. Everyone is still in "awe' of such grand treatment. Amazing Staff, Management, quite visible and always asking. "Is everything OK". Breakfast, "Booooonoonos" Rooms are comfortable and location could not be better. We all felt safe and most of all we were Home away from Home. Kim.

From the phone call to book til the checkout the staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The location is ideal for options of the city centre, marina or Frenchman's. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The cable TV was a bit chippy but who's trying to stay in? Breakfast is definitely a highlight at Tim Bamboo. Orders... More

We stayed in Port Antonio on a previous trip earlier this year in January and absolutely fell in love with this quaint, simple part of Jamaica! There's something special about this place - you'll know when you visit! On our previous trip, we stayed at a different hotel and although it was a great experience, we decided to try a... More
