we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this elegant and spacious hotel. The room was clean and large with TV, a fridge and Wifi. It was surprisingly quiet but this was great = esp when it was just us at the pool in the shape of Jamaica. The food was excellent - especially the Jamaican breakfast. It is well located for... Thanks this hotel for hospitality and delicious dinner at our room. We traveled around the island and were very tired from the road. You helped us to get a new energy for long time in our trip. After Port-Antonio we went to Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Negril. We saw enough hotels, but you have a zest ;) With love, Russia.

This is a hotel and a place where in so many delightful ways time has stood still. My wife and I were there for a yacht race, not just a vacation and were truly overwhelmed by the charming, friendly locals and ex pats who live here. This is a quite isolated community as the drive from Kingston airport is an... More

This plae is nestled in the lush tropical hills of Port Antonio. It is away from the hustle & bustle of Kingston & Montego bay in paradise. From the Island shaped pool to the peacocks wandering the property you will feel like you are in a different world. When I was there there werent too many other guests & it... More

I stayed at Jamaica Palace Hotel 1/25-28/2015. It was a very unpleasant 3-day stay. The hotel is very big and could be an oasis but it is rundown and uncared for. It needs lots of TLC. My room had a moldy, musky scent. The decor is extremely dated. The linen sub par (very thin) and mattress damaged (ripped up). Though... More

Unfortunately, this hotel was poorly maintained. The security at the gate was not wearing a uniform but dressed very poorly to the extent that we were not sure if he was just hanging out. Upon entering the lobby, it smelled of mildew. My sister went to the Restroom in the lobby. Unbelievable, I took pictures to show the mildew in... More

What a great place! While the premises are in need of a bit of TLC,it is still incredible!Very much like staying in the middle of a lovely art gallery. The art and history evident everywhere are so worth the visit. And the staff!Wow!Hats off to Mr Gash,Dawn(on the desk),the attentive wait staff and the very talented chefs. We travel extensively and do not often... Have always been interested in the property so decided to stop by for a look around. Was met by the head of housekeeping (sorry I forgot his name) he took great pride in showing me around. Saw several rooms, all with round beds and matching décor. All smelled fresh and appeared very clean. Lot's of unique artwork and paintings through... More

This hotel had only three guests when we arrived. There were two staff members who did everything. The restaurant had no air condition so we had to eat in our rooms and the food was way overpriced for what they offer. There were no instructions on who to call for room service no business center so we were without a... More

The dining options are limited. We went to Woody's down the street for most nights. Need a taxi to go to blue lagoon or boston bay from here unless you have your own car (we drove and it was fun). The property itself is a heritage property and the staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are dated with... More
