My wife, teenage son, and I had the great pleasure of celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this past New Year's Eve at Geejam. We spent 7 nights in Sanwood villa, a three bedroom house perched on the mountainside above the small town of Drapers. The facility, service, and setting are world class, and surpassed our expectations. Sanwood is the original... More

We love Gee Jam. And we love Port Antonio. Here's why: Let's start with Port Antonio. Charming and lovely - and lacking the hustle and bustle (with emphasis on the hustle) that one finds in other parts of the island. It's beautiful - lush and green with the jungle encroaching on the town and the sea is blue and fantastic.... More

I would like to start by telling you that this little place on the planet is a MUST see! My husband and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary here @ GeeJam and it was a wonderful experience! From the courteous, friendly and professional staff, the outstanding food and the idealic scenery, to the true Jamaican flare! GeeJam is set in an... More

Great boutique hotel in a lovely lush, very private location. We always wanted to stay at Geejam and so decided to have a mini-moon after getting married in Jamaica before our main honeymoon in the Far East. The hotel has individual luxury cabins which gives you a lot of privacy. There is no pool but most cabins have a private... More

Geejam offered a very authentic Jamaican honeymoon for my wife and I. We actually spent the first three evenings at Geejam and the next 3 at The Trident. I will say each property offers very different vibes. We stayed at the Drum and Bass. After walking throughout the property, I can honestly say I'm not sure there is a better... More

We actually won a trip here through a school auction, and having been to Jamaica many times back when Negril was just a little beach town, and only had a few guest houses, I was unsure about going to a more luxury hotel. Well from beginning to end it was just incredible, we loved it. The room was super luxury,... More

Beautiful, lush, calm. These are a few of the adjectives that describe Geejam. Cabins that offer superb sleep, spa like showers and access to technology that includes music, Netflix and wifi. The Bush Bar (the only restaurant on site) offers a small but good menu. Access to the water is several steps away. Our cabin was Rocksteady (each cabin has... More

It's a lovely friendly and peaceful place and all the rooms are in different parts of this rain forest development above a fabulous bay. We had SKA a smallish octagonal room with a terrace opening onto the fabulous view over the treetops to the sea, and a lower terrace with a hot tub and it's is at the very top,... More

Hello Toddy, We always appreciate the feedback of our guests, and I’m happy to note that you seemed to have had a good time, in spite of some unseasonal weather over the past week or so - in this case, badly needed rain, after an extended dry period. Early morning rain aside, we're still enjoying extended periods of sunshine during... More

Oftentimes, spending a whole week in one place can leave you thinking there's other ground to cover, more places to see and visit. After 7 nights at Geejam I don't feel that way. We went to warm up, relax and recharge - and that's exactly what we got. We have been to other places in the Caribbean but this was... More

Once again the Geejam family welcomed us for ten days of relaxation, privacy, great food and Irie vibes. Thanks for adding Mojito's to the cocktail menu. Fabia and Jason make it feel like home when eating or drinking at the Bushbar in the evening and Jesse always greeted us with a big smile and a pot of delicious coffee each... More
