A large group of us visited Coco La Palm from Dec 5-15, 2014. The rating for the hotel is 3.5* and I think the star rating is accurate for the hotel. CLP is ideally located almost in the centre of the 7 mile beach so you get a great walk whichever way you want to go on the beach. The... More

This resort always pleases us. This was our 3rd visit to Jamaica, and 3rd stay at CocoLaPalm. The staff is so friendly and accomodating. The beach is gorgeous. We did have an issue with overbooking due to the ongoing construction. The resort had to split our party of 8, by having 4 sleep in 2 rooms across the street at... More

We were "upgraded" to this room. As a previous poster under "room tips" stated, it is adjacent to the parking lot ( car security alarms constantly going off 30 minutes at a time). Beds were roll away type with headboards screwed into wall. Mattresses were terrible and were heard other guests state the same during our breakfast one morning. Really... More

Spent 12 wonderful nights in November. Hotel, service, beach, food, room, bed, friendliness of staff, grounds, and pool all excellent. Prices for food and drinks very reasonable. We just loved the whole experience and were really made to feel like family. Security was top notch 24 hrs a day. Thank you all very much for a very relaxing ,rejuvenating vacation.

We loved our stay at Coco. The staff were so friendly and professional. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite and I cant say enough about that room. The large double walk in shower with double sinks. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The beach and swimming area is awesome. The renovations are moving along and we spoke with... More

Just returned from our fabulous first stay at Coco! Upgrade to the upper level suites... They are huge! Loved the mini fridge, wet bar, flat screen tv, mini safe, large balcony and shower big enough for a family of 8! The beach is really wide with lots of shade from sea grape trees. They provide beach towels, little lounge chair... More

Yeah Mon !! Pristine beaches, powder-blue waves, breath-taking sunsets, delectable food. "Superior" room was basic and clean.....double-queen. Will definitely book junior suite closer to beach (away from property entrance) on next visit.....upper-floor, spacious bathroom, hexagonal-shaped, queen poster bed, wooden-vaulted ceiling....NICE. Very friendly staff !! "Uber battery-recharge"......80-degree temps, a good book, spectacular sunsets. Now viewing life in its proper perspective.....foresee many... More

I walked in there and felt like a super star the second I set foot on the property. The hugs, the smiles, the "welcome home mon" from everyone I encountered made me realize my choice to return was the right one! It was more beautiful ever, more peaceful then ever, and everyone, from the gardeners, bartenders, front desk and of... More

We spent our 30th Anniversary at this resort and it was great. If you don't want to go the all inclusive route, this resort is for you. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The grounds are nicely manicured and the beachfront is very nice. Most of the people we met during our stay are repeat customers and we plan... More
