Stayed with my girlfriend for my birthday in August 2015 and we had a wonderful time. Once we arrived we knew that we were going to have a wonderful time. We were greeted with smiles at the front desk and assisted by a very Jovial young man by the name of Naresh. He assisted us with everything we needed for... More

Visited my sis and family who were staying there. Had to show ID and get signed in by sis. Gave us a wrist band and we accessed pool, beach and beach restaurant. All good. Service good as was food. A little pricey compared to other places. You can use beach/restaurant/bar without getting signed in, if you enter from beach side.... More

I have been a frequent traveler to Negril since 1992, including the Big All inclusives (Sandals, Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril) several times. Then I stayed on the cliffs for several years at SeaStar Inn. This past June 2015 was the first Trip to Jamaica for my Girl Friend and her two adult children (20 & 18). Coco La... More

We stayed at Coco La Palm again during our two week visit to Jamaica. We only stayed four nights and it was during the 'Freedom Festival'. Despite being very busy the service and accommodation standards didn't suffer. We had two Junior Suites and they both looked refurbished. Everything spacious, clean and working. Massive bed and very comfortable. Excellent continental breakfast... More

We stayed here from August 1st-5th. They had a special room rate on their website, so after taxes/fees it was about 475 dollars total for a total of 4 nights. This was an excellent price to pay and for what you get we felt it was a great value. Room: We were in the new section and it was very... More

The first thing I noticed was how lovingly maintained the grounds were. Kudos to the staff workers who maintained the property with such pride and daily effort. Too many guys to know but tipped one who always had a friendly smile and was always working hard. Guessing that these guys rarely get acknowledged because he seemed very surprised and grateful.... The hotel is very well situated, pretty much in the middle of 7 mile beach and offers some shady areas on the beach. Our room (junior suite upgrade) included an eating area, kitchen counter, sink and mini fridge, bathroom with two sinks and 2 showers, a small dining area and a lovely balcony with sitting area and sun loungers. There... More

Sun, Sand Fun, Food- simply the best vacation we've had. Coco is right in the middle of the beach and if you wish you never have to leave your spot in the shade. Fresh fruit, juices, and the best grilled lobster we ever had, are all brought to you In your lounger by the local vendors who walk the beach.... More

This is an older and smaller, authentic styled Jamaican property, currently owned by a family from Minnesota, USA. It is basic, quaint and could certainly benefit from some refurbishments in 1 of the 3 buildings, as it is dated, but it is clean hotel and very well taken care of, as well as being in good repair. The staff is... More

I've stayed in Negril a number of times and decided to try this hotel on recommendation from a couple that stayed there. My rating of three (3) is due to the lack of two amenities that I really needed (internet & good )restaurant and found lacking. This may differ for another person. Let me do a quick list. Price: Fair... More
