Once again I returned to Negril and stayed at the beautiful Country Country Cottages! With my room as colorful as ever, the tropical pathway to the beach, getting my favorite room which I requested on the top floor, delicious food prepared by excellent chefs, and a beachfront dream view...I had an absolute blast during this fun Girls' Getaway! The staff... more

I just returned from a 7night stay at Country Country and wanted to share my experience with you. This was the 5th time that I had been to Negril and the first time at Country Country. It had been around 8years since I had last gone, and stayed at the Treehouse, which is right next door. We stayed in #522,... more

My husband and I try to travel to Negril at least once a year, staying at our favorite place on the cliffs at the West End. However, now that we have our daughter we needed a place to stay on the beach for a few nights. We found Country Country to be that place. We really don't like All Inclusives... more

We learned about Country Country (which we will refer to as CC) while saying at Catcha Falling Star (which we will refer to as CFS) in May 2008 from another couple who split their vacation among both CC and CFS. We thought this seemed like a good idea and boy, were we glad we took their advice! For starters, at... more

This is the second time at Country Country this year and its only April! Staying at Country Country is the best kept secret that I really don't want to share with anyone. The staff is great and friendly; the cottages are much bigger than I expected; clean; and the private beach with security always making sure the vendors don't become... more

For my 50th birthday, my wife booked a surprise week at Country Country - not just our best vacation but by far my best b-day present ever! :) The staff were all wonderful. The gardeners taught me a lot about the amazing plant life surrounding every cottage. We walked up and down Seven Mile Beach and it was clear that... more

Try to get a cottage above #509. #509 and up are much better as they are closer to the beach. We were in #502 and had constant noise as other hotel where employees hang out was right behind our cottage and very noisy and not very private. You have to go to the lounge my street away from beach for... more

Country Country is suited to a more independent traveller who like the intimacy of a smaller hotel with lots of character where you're not just a number. CC's cottages are not fancy and upscale, but quaint, clean and private, in a pretty garden setting. We walked along the beach from Beaches Resort to Downtown, probably passing by about 30 hotels... more

This was our first visit to Negril. We decided to split our trip and spend half the time on the beach and the other half on the cliffs. I'm glad we did- each had a very different experience. Staying on the beach was great. There are vendors who walk up and down the beach (it's a public beach) selling fruits,... more

Country Country has so many pluses, and the biggest one is the price. For $170 or $190 a night you get a charming cottage on a fabulous beach with a view to die for, and a breakfast for 2 is included in the rate. Some of the best things going for this hotel are: location in the middle of 7... more
