My stay a White Sands was ok. I have stayed at a few hotels on the strip in Negril and I would say that the service recieved at the resort is about the "NORM" The room was ready and clean when I arrived. The restuarant like many on the strip has a list of things that they do not have.... more

Just got back from five days at the White Sands. We got one of the older apartments on the beach. side. They have redone two other apartments & they look great. Ours was spacious and clean, just a bit dated. Staff is great (esp Henry). Pack light, bring beach towels, pick up supplies (snacks & breakfast) at the Hi-Lo. Enjoy... more

Just as we expected! White Sands is the best deal around. The rooms are basic, (no TV, clock, etc. – but who cares?! You're in paradise!), on the small side but still efficient, and VERY clean. OH and don’t forget the mini fridge! Our housekeeper was great, I still don’t know how she got all the sand out of there... more
