The staff is great and very accommodating. The hotel is clean and perfectly centered on the beach. The food at the restaurant was good. The beds were comfortable. It had the perfect Beachy feel. The most recently updated rooms are the best for sure. The security guys and beach staff was very helpful and super friendly. The drinks at the... More

I had read many reviews that were helpful. Did not have expectations too high. Room was fine. Beach was fabulous. Seemed safe enough. Used Safe. Don't leave stuff out. Staff OK. Juicy's next door perfect and cheap for dinner. Say hi to Spider he will take care of you. Ear plugs won't help. Very loud. Second night there girls upstairs... More

I love that this place is right on the beach at the quiet section of 7-mile beach. The rooms were clean and basic. The staff were nice. The food there was ok. I liked the pool, the bar and the beach lounges. This might be the best deal for this area. We spent many nights walking the beach and gazing... More

I was excited to stay here from the look of the accommodations and grounds on the web site. when i arrived my room was run down (missing ceiling fan & closet door). After I complained and showed the photo of what was on the web site did they change me to a renovated room. I did not have hot water... More

This resort is a good value. It has a good location on the beach just before the all inclusive resorts start. I believe that it is next to Couples Swept Away which is next to Beaches. The Palms has the nicest lounge area of all of the hotels on the seven mile beach. The pictures on their website are accurate.... More

I had read many reviews about the Palms before booking so I kind of knew what to expect. My partner and I were very pleased with our stay. It's a case of you get what you pay for and a little bit more. The staff who we met were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is no 5 star but... More

The room is great. The staff is great! Beautiful grounds! Nice bar and pool. Step right out onto the beautiful beach! The price, any one can afford! Only problem is bring your ear plugs. I used them for the first time in my life. You can hear every word of your neighbors, literally word for word. It sounds like they... More

Best spot on the beautiful white coral sand beach. Looks exactly like in the photos. Nice hotel architecture and wonderful tropical gardens. Very, very clean and hotel rooms maintained in great condition. Oddly the rooms have no phone and could benefit with a chair. Time to paint the swimming pool again. What was a real shock were the high prices... More

This hotel and the staff were great! Tricia made us the best drinks and Colette helped us when our room did not have air conditioning. They made us feel like we were at home and never a bother. The wait for the food was long but we were in Jamaica so what did we expect?! The location was perfect. The... More

Comfy, clean room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The deck overlooking the beach is very romantic. There is tons to do right from the doorstep. We did the parasailing which has a booth right beside the hotel and it was a rush. Rick's Cafe is close by if cliff jumping is your thing(I would recommend diving) The lighthouse at... More
