I would first like to thank all the staff at Negril Palms for making my vacation truly enjoyable and safe. I actually stayed there from the 16th-25th of July and had faced many complications trying find a safe location to stay due to my personal circumstances. Security: Let me say that Ms. Brown and Alex were amazing and did an... More

Location is great, in middle of 7-mile beach. Grounds and all flowering plants and trees provided a very inviting walk through the property. .Room was very clean, king bed comfy and bathroom spacious. However, pool was a mess, filled with water but totally filled with clumps of sand on bottom which was unappealing. Restaurant was very poor. Food overpriced, quality... More

I am just coming back from a weekend spent in the Palms. The beach is lovely, really nice. Hotel very basic, nothing fancy but also very economical and clean. However, the people there should all be fired. Perhaps apart from the receptionist who checked us in but the Traicy or something lady from the restaurant gave me such an attitude... More

Very basic bare bones accommodations. Set your expectations very low if you choose to stay here. This is a two star hotel. The sheets and towels didn't look clean, they didn't provide a blanket nor iron. They harrass you if you have outside guests. The woman at the front desk literally screamed at me saying my guest better not be... More

I am a Jamaica frequent so....Lets get right to it, this is not a Hilton, nor Marriott, but it has it's own unique quality. My room was not big ,but not small. There were 3 of us and, we had a queen sized bed plus a twin. Our bathroom had an open shower without a door (sorry no pics). There... More

Was at the Palms for 9 days in June and July. Staff was very pleasant, nice and overall good. The restaurant is horrible. the food is overprice, the food don't taste good and the Restaurant Manager mess up my order of food 2 days in a row. I decided not to eat there no more. One major issue I had.... More

The hotel has a fantastic location, is incredibly affordable, and there are only a few things that should be remedied and this would be a topnotch experience. 1. Value for money You get a 3½ star hotel for less than a 2 star - super value (just dont buy anything else but the room there) 2. Nice newly renovated rooms.... More

We spent four days here in June, the location is actually perfect but the rooms could use a little TLC. They are very dark and dank inside. The balcony: (We were on the bottom floor) offer little privacy as the path is right beside it and people are walking by constantly. The pool as described in other posts is NOT... More

My husband and I stayed for 5 days, when we arrived it was after dark, driving up to the resort wasn't what I expected... just not big and fancy, drove up to a big gate. The guy at the gate gave us our room key, although the room was nice it was the wrong one, next morning everything was fixed... More

The hotel was at the quiet end of the 7 mile beach, which is absolutely glorious. Sun beds, beach towels and ice available for free (you appreciate the small things when your hot and bothered). You also get free wifi which was a godsend! Check-in is from 3pm and you have to check out by 12pm but they dont make... More
