This place was quite the treasure. We loved the location, the staff and the amenities were above standard for the price. Despite hearing people say not to go in October we chanced it. 11 days and 10 nights of wonderful weather. 2 days of rain but wasnt until 4 pm. The security man Winston was very on the ball shagging... More

If you book this hotel try to get a newly renovated room! We (my wife and self) stayed a week and requested one but unable to get it until the second day. It did not even have a chair or drawers to put clothes on/in. Besides, it did not even have glasses or cups in the bathroom! The bathroom was... More

The overall stay here was nice, we originally stayed in a two bed but were moved to a one bed room the next day. The beach was nice and if you know how to say no to the locals it can be rather peaceful. My biggest issue staying here was the staff. The security guard (both by the beach and... More

I rented a car this time to take myself on a tour of a few citues. Upon arriving I was greeted the check in was easy and the lady at the font fest was too nice. When I finally arrived it was dark out but I was still able to go to the beach and stick my feet in the... More

We stayed at this hotel for this year's reggae marathon. When We first checked in the door for our room was broken. When we ate at the restaurant the service was slow, the staff wasn't friendly and the wait was long. We waited 1 hour and 40 mins for our food one night. When requesting a manager to report our... Located on the Seven Mile Beach, a simple & nothing fancy style hotel. A very nice beach with private sunbeds and sunshades if needed. Of course the beach is full of vendors trying to sell you the same old stuff. Our spacious room included a king size bed, A/C, sitting area, safe and the balcony with a sea view. Quite... More

We loved our stay at Negril Palms. Beautiful hotel right on the beach. True the service was a bit slow in the resturant, but that was the case all over Jamaica. Food was good. Awesome beach, plenty of sunbeds, fantastic guard man who made sure nobody bothered us at beach. Clean room, slept well, wifi worked almost everywhere. Supernice at... More

The beach is cool, also the bars and restaurant, everyone is trying to sell you some stuff and local people on the beach use to be agressive, we haven t been much on the beach for this reason!! That s a really big shame because u can not walk in peace on that beach!

The Negril Palms is nothing fancy. But none of the beach resorts are all that. So for the money, the Palms is a fabulous find. Hire the resident driver Audley for much cheaper than the tour companies. He's knowledgable and very nice. He took us to the store and stopped anywhere we asked. Save hundreds over the tour companies if... More

I'm mad I can't remember what room I stayed in previously because that one room may have been renovated. I didn't stay in the deluxe room and perhaps those rooms are better. I was lucky my first stay the standard room had a renovated shower and toilet and just seemed to be in better condition than the 2 rooms I... More
