Everything was kept very clean. Our room 207 was lovely, a plantation feel about it with a large mahogany bed, wooden shutters and doors; modern bathroom. Our balcony had a double aspect with sea view. The restaurant food was good, but pricey. To save money we ate elsewhere: juicies next door and the jerk chicken shack opposite. Also the supermarket... My family have been to Negril Palms three times for three years running. The beach is the main focal point it's a lovely spot. But unfortunately we will nbe coming back to Negril but not back to this hotel. Two members of staff that were on the check in desk Sharmaine and Latoya. Sharmaine has a rude manner and has... More

This place is gorgeous. When we booked the hotel we were a little reluctant because of the mixed reviews but we thought we'd give it a go. Upon arrival our room wasn't ready. That didn't matter because we sat at the restaurant overlooking the beach and had some lunch! Which was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner too which is... More

Spent a week enjoying the beautiful gardens between the two rows of rooms, of which you can tell the gardener takes great pride in his work. The beach is cleaner, flatter, deeper and wider than that at the southern section of the beach, and as many of us like to walk the beach, I found that it was much easier... More

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed our time here. It's a basic hotel, but has everything the average traveler needs. The room was clean, had a safe, and the service was just fine. It was a great find for the price. When we are in Negril, we spend most of our time sitting, walking, eating and drinking on the... More

This is our first time to Negril, and Negril Palms has been a perfect place to relax and enjoy for this past week. The hotel is quite small and intimate. The rooms are clean and cosy. The food in the hotel restaurant is superb – I highly recommend the Caribbean Shrimp! The bar is nice – right next to the... More

Disappointed with the first room, which was located on the first floor and had wooden shutters and doors. However, as no mesh on the doors, too many mosquitoes were able to get in. We asked for another room which we did get, however, this was just adequate. We had another room for the children and grandchildren and the toilet could... More

My boyfriend and I just came back and had an awesome vacation. Our room was simple but very clean. Someone came and cleaned our room everyday and mopped all the floors. The gardens outside we're gorgeous and well maintained. They're were some downfalls however: -the shower had little to no pressure and was either completely ice cold or burning hot... More

From the time we checked in to the time we left (4 nights), never did any of the staff at the desk, pool or restaurant smile at us, say hello or be helpful in anyway. The hotel 'taxi' Steven will charge you an arm and a leg to just get into town.. which is just a 3 minute drive. We... More

Small hotel with minimal beach front property. Food was decent and Wi-Fi was most definitely the best I received on the island, but this was not enough to make us stay. Our "door and windows" were shutters without any protective screens. Front desk lacked any sense of customer service skills until they received a call from our booking site.
